I'm of the other opinion on this one! Watch episode 21 again, not episode 1. It sure looks like the ML did kill the FL in her previous life. They show him shooting the arrow, the camera following the arrow from his bow, striking her, her turning around with a tear rolling down her face, and the ML's oh shit expression. I watched the scene the first time it was shown in episode 1 over and over and couldn't figure out what people were seeing that somehow proved to them the ML didn't shoot her, even though it was pretty plain he did. And I watched episode 21 over and over and yep, looks like he did it to me! 🏹💔

Yes, I want to see that too. But since this seems to be more about reconciliation then it does retribution I'll bet everyone will just hug it out at the end! 🤣 Oh my, I think I hurt myself saying that!🤣
I'm bummed that they did a whole redemption thing for the evil Jiang Pei. The FL got her a happy marriage? Whatever.
And I was super bummed they didn't have the FL pushing and holding the head under water of that evil Yang guy until he drowned! That was poetic justice!
So I don't have high hopes of seeing all the lovely revenge/retribution storylines 😢
Despite all that I'm still enjoying. Cause hey, the look and sounds of Zhang Wan Yi will keep me coming back for more. 😍And Ernui!🐶

Yes please! Abandoned during her wedding procession to/by the 8th, forced to marry the sister's ex, stabbing him to death on their wedding night, then getting offed by 8th prince! And tossed into an abandoned well. That storyline was so satisfying!😈😈
And second most satisfying death was her evil mother getting stabbed by general cui. 😈I felt bad for him though but he finally had some peace 😢

I enjoyed Are You the One. It is fairly light-hearted. Les Belles was pretty funny too.

Episode 18. An interesting choice of filler program with the whole FL I'll put a mask on and dance for you on a boat with the ML scene. 😏 Ok. And if the reason the original performer couldn't do it was because of the rash on her face, since there is a mask involved that covered her mouth there's no reason she couldn't have done it. So this whole contrived dance scene serves no purpose. Except to have the FL and ML move their arms around to pretty music. Where did I see this already except it wasn't boats it was a parade? Maybe? Yes, a parade at night? Someone help with this please! I think it is a fairly recent series? 🤔
Of course, we got to see that cute scene with the ML after so I'll take it! He is playing this role so well! He is so darn cute! 🥰
The FL really needs to learn how to project her voice. Second time she's done this. Some one is across the canal from her. Easy peasy, just cup your hands and yell!😶😱
Oh, this is how they are going to try and portray what happened to the sister and the twins and all. Interesting. Let's see if this gets resolved the same way.
