my first time watching and I'm really loving the more subtle glass/acrylic-like accessories the characters wear in this drama! 😍

:( I'm having a hard time finding Chinese Historicals or xianxias that are good & that I haven't seen already tbh!

I feel like about the time she left the "school" part and everyone found out she was the phoenix.. it just went down hill so fast! There was 0 scene-to-scene transitions, no time to take in what was happening, to appreciate "bad guys", etc. The build up to key moments wasn't great and the key moments/deaths etc were even worse. Honestly felt like I was watching two different show that had been spliced together to create a full length drama. What a mess.

sadly, my interest in this pittered out long ago and I'm skimming to see the ending at this point. Normally I'm sad if there are only 36 ep in this kind of drama, but this one feels like it just isn't interesting enough to have gone past 20. 😴

I agree... was so good with fabulous acting, but a few 20 episodes too long for me LOL (as a lot of Turkish dramas tend to be)

Thip is a selfish bish though... Petch was right about that.. she flip-flopped so fast and tried to act like the past never happened. Self-centered and arrogant.

you may enjoy Love & Destiny, Immortal Samsara Part 1 & Part 2. Though, almost ALL xianxia's have some sorrow/sad parts built in.. some do have HEAs though! :-)

WARNING: I haven't seen anyone else say this but I will... you may want to stay away from this one if watching sexual crimes are something you can't stomach. I don't trigger easily but this lakorn takes rape scenes, violence, and even things that happen to children to an extreme (shows/insinuates/what you hear... it's a LOT!) ... this was a super super difficult watch and I would not have watched if I had been warned about certain scenes in this.

episode 5 was SUPER hard to watch 😢 but one of my fav parts so far was in ep 6 "didn't we agree to meet at 9 o'clock?" 🤣(her giggle was super cute!)

this would be 1000x more enjoyable if Nadech wasn't overacting the "angry" count part so badly 😳
