When will they make another drama like this with this level of sophistication, authenticity and soul? In terms…
Have to agree. I do think "Love Like the Galaxy" felt real/raw like this drama (to an extent) though. NOT as amazing but at least the vibe was somewhat similar imho
"how to kill off LITERALLY every single character in 6 episodes or less" as a race to THE END where... just for…
this exactly. still such a refreshing take on a drama/characters and relationships. the actors killed it (haha) and I enjoyed it so so much but MAN... if only the last few episodes had been a bit more at the pace of the rest of the drama... it would have been something VERY special!! ❤️💕
this drama wrote the book on... (MAJOR SPOILERS BELOW)
"how to kill off LITERALLY every single character in 6 episodes or less" as a race to THE END where... just for shit and giggles we'll throw in a scene to make yhou wonder wth does this mean?? a dream? daydream? did she die and meet everyone in the afterlife? or did she fake her death a THIRD(!?!) time somehow via a BOMB? Nah... don't care by that point. HA. ! I mean... my goodness. No one survived... oh, except, that ONE couple who were only "courteous" to each other for the good of their respective countries. ICKKK.
made it to ep25 before putting on hold a long time back. restarted it at ep1 and made it to ep40 before dropping this time... honestly, besides a severe lack of chemistry (and not just the romantic kind) between the leads... the plot is just really not interesting/engaging enough to keep me watching for 51 episodes. Not even 30, tbh. Sad because I'm a huge fan of ZLY's other dramas!!
also the "romance" was not a good look in this drama and I would have been OK with that if the drama was cut in half and they didn't push the romance so hard when the drama clearly is NOT romantic at all. HOWEVER... I'd KILL to see the ML & FL in a historical romance together! A serious one. With a huge budget hehehe
