Revelations, acceptance, filming betrayals (darn Tong again), payback(ish), mutual support, and plenty of Ming’s family drama. Happy times are on their way after a bit more heartache.

Episode 2 is when the sneeze is first introduced.

I’m kind of excited that I’m going to wake up in the morning and half of the main/supporting characters are going to know who Joe 2 is. 🤭

I totally get the whole “back obsession” thing that Ming has. I mean, it’s how I was able to crush on both Tom Cruz and Angelina Jolie for many years when I was a teen and through my twenties. I fell in love with his profile and her jaw line… But do I like the individuals? No, no I do not… (I don’t even like their physical features anymore, tbh…)

…And Joe really does have quite a nice back (physique).

I am going to be so sad when this is over next month! But then again, I will likely binge it multiple times after that…

I’m very selective as to where I comment. If you see me, you know I’m truly invested in the series. ;)

Yeah. I’m guessing the reveal will be the cliff hanger at the end of episode 9…

Ming also spoke with a “master” (a mystic) associated with his family who told him not to be deceived, that Joe is “neither dead, nor truly living.” He clings to this hope.

I love this little addition that is not in the novel. Such a sweet detail that I cannot wait to find out… or maybe the sneeze will also reveal when he actually starts enjoying the intimacy with Ming... (But seriously, if a sneeze is part of what convinces Ming that “Joe 2” is THE JOE, I swear I will not be able to stop laughing.) 🤣

But Ming is gonna give his momma the best care… AND drive her there himself… 🥹

Every time someone slams Ming, I feel it like a personal jab. I have felt so many of the same emotions that Ming feels in this story. I have even said and done some of the same things.

I personally think so. 😏🙃

I look forward to this, also. I have a feeling the drama Ming will be softer than the novel Ming.
