I've been watching a lot of these short c-dramas recently and of all the ones I've seen so far, this and another one grabbed my attention the most. I'm on to season 2 now!
I enjoyed this drama a lot more than I thought I would lol. It made me both laugh and tear up. I appreciate what it was trying to do and for the most part, I think it succeeded :)
It was worth it for me! If you enjoy good acting, chemistry and good quality kisses then I'd say give it a try! It's a short drama that could be watched in a day. Just a warning, it does have a sad ending for the ML and FL but in a way, it was full circle - sort of lol.
I honestly really enjoyed this mini drama. If it wasn't for the last episode (the way they ended things), I would have rated it even higher. I couldn't help but laugh at the ending as it was in a way a "happy" one in that they were all together, even if it was dying lol. I would honestly rewatch this short drama again in the future as the scenes between ML and FL were great despite the ending. Absolutely loved their chemistry and acting!
I was pleasantly surprised by this short drama! Characters were easy to like - no one annoying or grated and tested my patience lol. Great music too. If you're considering on watching a short drama, I would recommend this one!
Oh man, I did not expect nor was prepared to cry as much as I did throughout this drama - I haven't even finished yet! Ep 17 killed me. Teared up way too much, going to have puffy eyes tomorrow lol... this drama really is one of a kind for the time period it is in and the topic it's highlighting.
FL had to leave Gong Valley to investigate her personal background and promised ML she would be back in a few…
Lol all those parts were explained clearly. You're so close to the end, I'd recommend you just finish the last 4 episodes! (And if you want a nice ending, just stop like 5 mins before the last episode ends.)
I think it's worth a watch! It's got one of the most logical reactions from a FL that time travelled back in time…
I wouldn't add love triangle to the tags. This drama really didn't have secondary characters that can impact the relationship/friendship they had lol. It's so short so the focus wasn't on that at all (thank goodness)!
I think it's worth a watch! It's got one of the most logical reactions from a FL that time travelled back in time than most time travelling dramas. Just think of it as a movie with tiny breaks in between lol.
okay hear me out guys im 20 (like im 18+) and i wanna watch this drama (ive watched 18+ rated dramas like zombies…
I think you can give it a try. It does have violent scenes that can get very bloody/gory but if you're able to watch zombie stuff, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to handle this drama!
It has been a long while since a kdrama sucked me in like this! Although I wished for more Jo In-Sung's scenes, the other characters were well written and acted that I've become attached to them as well! Dying for the last 3 episodes and really hope there's more seasons as there's still more stories to share!
You're welcome! Yeah, I think for a short drama, this one was surprisingly decent despite the unclear ending.
I also really enjoyed "The Eternal Love"! The third season wasn't as great but I enjoyed the first 2. Lol yeah....it's unfortunate that most of these short dramas don't have satisfying endings!
Haha I know what you mean - these short dramas are fast paced but rarely end well or logically.
So basically, she returns to her present time and looks like she's going to rekindle her relationship with her ex. BUT in the last minute, you see another guy approach her and say her name. It is heavily hinted that it's the ML we spent all the previous episodes watching (with the back of him, his hair and his clothing). So.... I'm not sure if they're hinting at a second season that may never happen like so many other short dramas, or they want to leave it open like that. And if so, does that mean the ML from the past time travelled to the future??
Your first interpretation is correct. I'm guessing it was a way to pass censorship for this drama to air, so everything was made up by the author and the last few minutes is real life. She said the story (the drama we watched) is sort of based on her life except without the tragedy and fantastical parts. In her real life, her childhood friend didn't die and neither did her dad.
The last bit of narration by the FL is in regards to the characters she wrote about (the ones we've watched up till last few minutes). Their story has ended for now but doesn't mean their journey has, is kind of the message.

Hope this clarifies!
