the writing unfortunately tapered off drastically. it’s a slow drama where dialogues were supposed to be at the center but unfortunately I thought they said a lot but also said nothing .. still enjoyed it bc of the actors but I wish they gave them more to work with. this could’ve been a really raw look on breakup but they skimmed the surface of it
I actually loved the first 2 episodes and think they're doing a phenomenal job at playing their characters. It's also really rare to be able to have this believable of a chemistry esp playing past lovers. Can't wait to see the rest of the drama and kinda sad we're only seeing 6 episodes worth of this pairing
Truly haven’t started anything new since this drama ended which is probably the longest stretch I’ve gone without watching a drama. Kind of unprecedented for me 😭 still on this lovely runner high and it’s going very strong. also love how KHY and BWS are finally getting some deserved love and and support now on a global scale.

ep 13 is the first I actively reached for the fwd button. please please don't erase everything we've built so far with soljae. There was also way too many filler scenes in this episode and I understand that transition episodes tend to be a bit draggy bc things need to be set up properly but every minute is so precious. Almost felt like the whole episode went by without sunjae and that breaks my heart.

We know by now that these events will unfold as they did in her flashbacks unless significant changes occur. Instead of running away, she's setting up a trap for the killer bc she knows that's the only guarantee to lure him out. . Plus sol can't see the future. Her visions are technically of the past for her 34 yo self but now the likely future for her 20 yo self if nothing is changed. But once she makes a different decision, everything going forward will be different and there's no way she can predict what will happen next. Her primary goal is to change the one thing she thought she could and that's to get sunjae (and all her friends) away from the situation. I think her actions make perfect sense. Can you imagine seeing your loved one get killed (multiple times) to save you? That guilt can be crippling esp when you know that fate belongs to you. She's also proven to take steps necessary to catch the killer like involving the police. She's not perfect but she's not weak.

tbh I’m ok with the side characters being this way if we’re only getting an hour runtime bc every minute feels so precious with soljae. if anything we need to cut on Im Geum and Hyunjoo (at least their couple scenes) bc I’m over it. I do wish each episode’s runtime is at least 1.5 hours tho to flesh out some side characters

how did CA and YW gave me butterflies for their budding relationship and within 10 minutes let it come crashing down I wonder if the crew is stirring some drama for the sake of the show bc it feels so out of character for them both idk… the SG B-reel shots gave me a bad feeling bc you can see different pairings to come → SS x CH; CA x JH; YW x YH. im happy about SS x CH but the rest is killing me
