Sexual harassment requires an unwilling partner. Suan has never said "no", and when he became negative over the two misunderstandings (1. that Jin was mocking him and 2. his misinterpretation of the phone call), he actually initiated a sexual relationship by kissing Jin.
Just being forward isn't harassment unless there has been a "NO", which there hasn't. It is a bit inappropriate because of the power relationship, but again, Suan sent him very, very explicit Manga porn, and because of that, it's very difficult to condemn him for taking that as a strong message.
And incidentally, men go through a ton of sexual harassment too - and have almost no recourse. When I was younger it was constant. Although nothing in the First World can beat the poor treatment of women in the Korean workplace.
Just 11 minutes...thats so regressiveAlso whats with the random misogyny in the comment section ?
There was one comment of that nature, and it's exaggerated but not totally without merit. There's a segment of the audience that treats anyone who behaves in a foward manner as rapey and awful, which is ridiculous and tiresome. Also, as 95% of the audience is female, I don't think it's so much misogynist as ageist.
I think the boss and the employee are in a relationship, so it would not be harassing. They drink together, they…
True, but Suan gave him explicit manga porn and he had every reason to misinterpret that. If that hadn't happened, his behavior would be a bit outrageous. Also, Suan getting a hard-on every time his boss touches him probably gave him the hint his advances were welcome.
This is excellent and very efficient with the time available - lots of visual storytelling and conveying though acting instead of dead states and exposition.
It's low budget, but otherthan the wrong kind of mic for the kissing scene (yuck), it's well-made.
I don't know what you mean - the boss hasn't done anything without explicit consent, and the only time Suan pushed him away was after he misinterpreted the conversation he eavesdropped on. If nobody shows any initiative, nobody will ever date.
This series is a mess. There are two villains, one of which wasn't introduced till halfway through, two exes, and a Kim. who sometimes looks sinister, but mostly just hottt.
It's like the author had an idea for 50 Shades of Gay, had about two episodes of material, then just went off in a million directions desperately trying to fill 12 episodes.
20 mins in and that ex is on my nerves already. You don't spend a freaking day with your ex. Your ex is not your…
I'm friends with all my exes. A couple I've drifted off from, but half my male friends are exes. But there's no excuse for Pat to not tell her where she stands - that was pretty bad writing. I just don't see Pat doing that.
additional episodes might be needed to tie up loose ends. if that's not in the cards, the writers should, at the…
Yes, I agree - although even the more BL-ish beginning still had the dark shadow of bullying and severe parental abuse.
I do get annoyed at the tendency toward lazy writing in BL, with too heavy a lean on cliches and tropes, and lots and lots (and lots) of staring, and ridiculously slow lean-ins to kisses that are always interrupted.
And evil girlfriends that drop out of the sky two-thirds of the way through.
And drunken projectile vomiting and memory erasure. At least they've eased up on the fem-shaming.
💯 I think most of the editing is terrible but the love scene was really outstanding.
One of the problems with a 10-year time gap and using the same actors is that there's a small but distracting lag as your brain figures out what you're looking at. They use the ole bangs-over-the-forehead=young trick, but it's not very convincing. Fortunately everything about the two love scenes contrasted heavily, so it was 100% clear.
The first episode is free on GagaOOLala. They are running a promotion right now on their website to get 2 weeks…
Amen. Broke is one thing, but a few dollars to support these moslty shoestring budget productions instead of stealing from them is a small price to pay for the hours and hours of entertainment they provide.
If everyone steals, the fewer series will be made.

But the men are hot so I watch.
