lmao it's what I want express. I like to analyze and give example. Short and precise leave room for misinterpretation and more prolonged arguments. You can choose to read it or not. I honestly don't mind it all that much

She never reveal corporate info to the teacher. He knows about everything even before her. If you really listen to their conversion, he already knows everything and just gave her generic advice, which she wouldn't have taken, if she didn't think she's on the own to solve the problem and ML is not helping. She fight with ML about everything but when it's serious work, she always help him. He knows she thinks of him as the villain, but without letting her trust him, he just expect her to stay put and do nothing when he tells her to? If you believe her and is doing something , just tell her that so she knows to listen to you. Du Lei has every piece of info in his hand without her telling him. He was going to trap them regardless . The only thing he directly did is made the FL get riled up and go confront bad CEO dude and get her phone taken. Giving the evil CEO advice and taking them down are all things he did without her input. The trap was laid regardless of what FL does. None of her actions would prevent that or even affect it. On the other hand, for a super experience and smart male god of the industry, ML is the one not seeing through Dai Lu's sabotage and getting stuck in his trap multiple times, and have to salvage it last minute. This time without her help to get the trainee to show, he would not even have a back up plan when all the evidence got refuted. I'm going to tell you what would happen if she doesn't have ML around. A normal intern like her would not have a random exec trying to manipulate info from her. She would be doing the same thing and learn the way all her other interns are doing. Plus, she would most likely learn more because her boss wouldn't give her unreasonable tasks that's not fit for an intern and actually tell her he appreciate it when she brought him good info, instead of doing a little banter fight because he's too afraid things might get "too complicated" for her. In other words, she'll be treated like a normal intern and thrive or fail with her own ability. Not because of other's involvement,. Again, I'm not saying I don't think ML has his reasons, but he needs to cut it out with his over protection that keeps backfiring on him. Otherwise she can't grow and learn. It's his JOB to teach her and let her experience things not shield her from everything. I just think as a handsome ML, lots of people just think it's all good that he act like an ass when he's in front of her but as long as he's nice and do things behind her back to protect her it's okay and all is good and we all swoon over it. No. That's a drama cliche. we're not little kids anymore. She's also not a weak woman. If he has nothing but biting/sarcastic words to tell her, why did she has to listen and try to understand the deeper meaning? In her mind, dude bullied her to the point she had to transfer school. He's been doing this non sense back and forth with her since they were kids and in the end, it did nothing but constantly backfiring on her. If he doesn't cut it out, he won't get the girl. I do see recently he's become a lot more supportive and better at talking to her properly, so it is improving. I'm merely voicing my opinion. There are different ways to love someone and guide them without keeping them from experience their life lessons themselves. It's especially important for these two due to their positions.
Finished watching the latest two episodes 13 & 14:1. I love how Yuan Shuai lets Jiang Jun take on Ma Xiuran herself,…
For #1, I personally thought he started doing that a little late. I wished he had taught her how to conduct things a little better during the entertainment company case. Had he share his plan and guide her the right way, she would have been in better shape. I understand that when things are too complicated, he tend to want to solve the issue in the back end for her. However, she's still so green to the industry. She can't learn if he doesn't teach her or at least guide her. Instead because they don't communicate, they have to save things at the last minute. Altho she was manipulated, she still did a great job. Had he really trust and share his plan with her, she could have cooperate even better with him. In the end if her words didn't convince the trainee to step up, they would have still lost. Every time she's involved. He seems to always get wayyy to close to failing for someone with his experience. He's still in the process of learning himself in the relationship side I think. He needs to help her become someone that can fight side by side with him, not someone that needs his protection all the time. He can't be there to watch her back every time. She's capable enough to become much better.
Why is she so stupid? I'm starting to get annoyed and be frustated with the FL.
One, she's new to the industry and ML is so ambiguous with explaining the full situation to her. The more he push her without telling her proper reason, the more she will gravitate towards the other guy. Two, she never did anything out of bound or reveal company's secret. I think it's not unreasonable for her to think her private friendship won't affect work. Plus, the 2nd ML has very reasonable reasoning when talking to her. She's learning the way of this business. let's not forget she was just a mere intern. Yet, instead of leading her and showing her exactly what she needs to do and explain the situation, ML constantly just hid everything until the last minute and make her feel bad. How the hell was she supposed to know what he is up to, or learn how to watch her back, if he never tells her anything until everything is done? In such an industry she can't rely on him forever. First, he underestimate her at every turn. Then, instead of showing her what his plan is so she can cooperate, he just assume she would stay put and made her think he didn't listen to her input. Causing her to have to use her own ways to get information and then yell at her about it.... All the while, still not telling her what he's planning or what is the right way to handle the situation. All because he still has the savior complex and think he should keep her away from all the complication. She ain't stupid but she is still naive and very new. He already was a bully in her eyes throughout her whole childhood. He kept making it worse everytime it gets a little better. You say FL is stupid? I say ML is even more stupid. FL is doing her best with the information she has. She will learn to be better. Meanwhile, with ML's reputation and experience, it's a little ridiculous how close they get to failing every time, just because he won't trust JJ and share his plan with her so they can be stronger together. In the entertainment company case, even without knowing she was used, she still manage to convince the girl and change the situation. She kind of save his ass to be honest. I like the couple, but they are both flawed in the way they approach this relationship. Don't shift everything on the girl and not seeing the flaw in the ML just because of his pretty face. She has strong but not cynical character. She's very talented but still a little naive, which is 100% reasonable for where she is in her career. She'll get better with experience. The one that should be scrutinized more is the so-called male god in the industry who is "undefeatable". He's so muddled with how much he likes her and mishandle their relationship in different ways. He will also learn, but don't make it all into the girl's fault. It takes 2 to tango.
Cheat? What makes you say that? It sounds like they were divorced before she meets and marry someone else. It's…
Yeah but I doubt it will be cheating. She will most likely discover her new husband is also lying and leave him as well. Her current husband also sounds like the bad guy ish here. Idk if we should pass judgement this early
Good to know this. I'm not that far yet but I just want to say although I understand his mom, I also think she's…
Well in reality it's more like behind a successful man is usually a capable woman. Men are pretty good at failing all on their own in a world already designed by men for men. LOL I would say if they fail, it's on them.
Done with ep 17 and 18 with eng sub. I can finally understand the mother. She is not evil her ways may not be…
Good to know this. I'm not that far yet but I just want to say although I understand his mom, I also think she's a little dramatic? I mean he's a successful business man, but it's not like he's royalty or the richest person alive... There are a lot of CEOs and conglomerate heirs out there. Are they all not allowed to fall in love? idk I felt her reaction was overblown since the first time she appear and the way she talks to him like his life needs to be completely consumed by the business and marry for business benefit... Like lady your son is a person not a crown prince in feudal times... it's not like they have Bezos' money or smt like that. They're an adequately rich business, but there are a lot of those around in different industry. What's the point of having tons of money if you still can't have the freedom to decide your own personal relationship. LOL idk just my opinion though
I think she was closer with HH than we know. HH did say once that he stepped aside for HJ in the past but he doesn't…
Again it's not just the other co-workers. Even if the bitchy woman gets hated at work, what to stop her to hiring another fake customer to come in and cause a ruckus to JH and started yelling about what a terrible job she did? How would that affect her and the salon? The bitch being hated at work would only fuel her hate and make her more determined to bring JH down. The point is JH just by our discussions alone, it's clear what a hot mess she would have to deal with and honestly I don't think it's worth her time and mental health. People like her won't just go away because you expose her once. As long as she still working there, even if JH expose her, she won't stop causing issue. If anything, she will get even more hateful. Staying there would atually negatively affect JH's career. She can clear her name with the salon staff, but she can't go to every single customers around the place and show them evidence that the customer was planted? Any stranger would avoid just someone surrounded with so much drama. Like I said JH can just clear her name to the manager and her coworker and leave to either do her own thing or work at another salon as an artist instead of an assistant, since she now has the experience and if the manager feels bad for her, she will give JH a good recommendation. She can start on the right foot and not have to watch her back for the hateful woman again. From the preview it even look like JH is going to open her own salon, as she was looking at spaces to rent. There's no shame in walking away from such a situation. It doesn't make her weak, but it means she is smart enough to know that the more she struggle with his woman the more time and energy will be wasted on hateful attacks.
whats most irritating is he never rubbed anyone the wrong way and still gets shit by those people//
It's literally just a bunch of people projecting their own shortcomings and insecurity into this hate for anyone shining too bright bc they all hate themselves one way or another.
I think she was closer with HH than we know. HH did say once that he stepped aside for HJ in the past but he doesn't…
I don't think you're seeing beyond the immediate effect of clearing her name. Unless that woman is fired, JH will just constantly have to deal with these underhanded tricks all the time. She can put out this one rumor but that can't be all she does. There's going to be a ton of ways of the co-worker to mess with her. Like the friend who pretend to be a client and publicly shame her skill. If she can find one person, she can find 5 more to do this to JH. It would affect the salon's and her reputation. She will still end up either getting fired with her reputation in taters OR she can make things clear to everyone and leave with a clean slate. They are not the only salon in Korea. The fact that she doesn't have that much foundation with the place would also mean it doesn't make a huge difference for her to start again in a better work environment. At least now she has client who will give her great recommendation and if she play her cards right, she can probably get a good recommendation from the current manager as well. By going beyond just workplace gossip to getting fake clients to mess with the salon and her reputation. It shows that she will go to great length to make sure JH can never thrive as long as she work in this place. Plus you do have to realize how exhausting and hurtful everyday at work is for her right now. She can't focus on just being a good make up artist that way. It's toxic. idk I guess we'll see how it play out but I just understand where she comes from. I've experience some bullying in this kind at school and sometimes the more to run around explaining and clearing your name the worse the bully double down and they won't stop unless they are completely kicked out. If that can't happen, it's best to remove yourself from the situation and move on for your own sanity and happiness.
I think she was closer with HH than we know. HH did say once that he stepped aside for HJ in the past but he doesn't…
Yeah with HH, it was like an inner thought he has in the car as JH was leaving. I don't remember what ep. With JH's work, the thing is as she said, she will still have to work with such a person. Plus, she can't just go to every co worker to clear her name. The manager unlikely to do that as well. The best she can get with that is the manager reprimanding the bitchy woman. She won't fire her bc clients usually stay with the make up artist they like so she would lose business. She still has to stay and work in a gossipy and toxic place. Like the bitch said, she hates JH just because she hates her (clearly just from jealousy ) so no matter what JH does and how hard to work, she will not stop trying to take her down. It seems like other opportunities with her Youtube channel. She has a few known clients now, so she can start over somewhere else. Again, you also have to see this in JH's perspective. She is not scheming enough to deal with such constant drama. She just want to focus on working hard to be a good make-up artist and achieve her dream, not swatting away jealous gossips and deal with workplace politics. I think she will handle it and clear her name, but then it is time to leave because I don't think it's worth the toxicity for her. I can understand her though. Not everyone is cut out for that kind of constant gossip and drama. She will always lose out. She can't thrive and focus on her skill. It's sort of the theme of the show is these young people with simple dream trying their best but the toxic environment they're in and life challenges constantly get in the way. They're all learning that getting to their dream is not simple. In that sense. her story mirrors HJ as well. JH will either have to learn to outsmart the woman somehow and find a way to get rid of her for good or clean her name and leave to try again somewhere else. Unfortunately that is life. It would feel good to try and get complete justice, but life is just not that simple. Sometime the best way to go is walk away. It's the only way for her to stay true to herself and isn't forced to become a scheming person from having to handle these kind of underhanded attacks all the time.
Yeah but Viki has quality subs by volunteers and not the auto translator non sense. Once a show is picked up, they will release subs as scheduled. MGTV not only use crappy auto translating subs but still get it out slow and cut up episodes for their VIP only views to get more money. That's why ppl want Viki to pick up shows, because at least you have quality subs to go back and binge
My only complaint for this show is we need more Jeong Ha. Park So Dam is a great actress and her story line is actually quite interesting. I hope they let us see more of her life. I was so happy we get to see more of JH's life! I'm so nervous about how JH and HJ will break up, bc that was foreshadow in his monologue... I'm sure they'll get back together but I bet it will be quite heart breaking!
the ex-gf without even meeting JH or seeing HH and JH's interactions found out HH has feelings for JH and that…
I think she was closer with HH than we know. HH did say once that he stepped aside for HJ in the past but he doesn't want to do it this time. I guess is HH was into the ex as well in the past and had their own history we have yet to know and that's why she knows him so well. He probably acted similarly to her before. Plus the ex is clearly a very calculative and manipulative person, just base of th way she treated HJ. Do you not remember how he called her out for scheming ahead of time to have him run into her going into another man's car in front of the library. All that just bc she wants HJ to go home and lick his wounds so she doesn't have to bother confronting him to break up. It's a small bit but it clearly shows that she's always been a manipulative person that can see through people. JH is smart but in a very innocent way. You can see that from the way she handle the girl at work. A part of her still wants to believe if she keeps her head down and work hard, she will be fine and clearly the situation has proven her wrong. That's just her character though. Also, I can understand the way she handle the her coworker. After had she stayed, she will still continue to work with that bitch and she would be naive to think their salon manager would just fire the bitch right off the at just because of some underhanded trick. I mean I'm sure the manager knows that bitch better than JH, but she's looking the other way because she's still bringing in a lot of clients. She's not as nice as she seems but rather very slick and calculative as well. Why would she risk for profits just to get justice for JH, who isn't having clients and just got a bad rep? JH can make a scene and expose everything, but it would create a lot of issue within her workplace and make her a thorn in her manager's eyes. It's very taxing to work in such an environment where she has to constantly fighting off gossip and drama all the time. SO I do agree that she is to expose the coworker, she has to prepare to quit as well. Looks like that's what she's going to do. Expose everything and leave so they can clean up their mess. That on its own is already a character growth for her.
Love the non-verbal conversation between JJ and her bestie at the convenience store. I’m glad to see a connection…
wut? I thought Vi Dao was talking about Yuan Shan and Xiao Chuan? Not JJ and Xu Li? I'm saying YS and XC are cousins. JJ and Xuli said they met in school/college and stayed friends ever since. I remember Xu Li mentioned something about JJ being the best in school or something like that
