There are some concerns with the term "teenager" and I get where it's coming from. I'm not sure if anyone had addressed this yet, but I want to say that it's more of a lost-in-translation issue.

By default, the term for "teenager" in Thai is "Wai Roon" which could literally means "generation age." It doesn't have a clear restriction to just "teen" like in English' "teenagers" does. With Thai language has no real term for "young adults," this made the term "Wai Roon" extend its meaning and age range from teen to young adults.
Another fact that complicated the term more is that the word "Wai Roon" can be used more as a slang to call an adult who's still young and wild at heart. In a night club setting, when DJ says "everybody makes some noise," the term "Wai Roon" could be used to refer to "everyone" in the audience/dance floor. As you can see, the term used here is more than just "teenagers" as a "minor." I'm not saying that for sure the characters are not minors, but just want to point out the fact that there is a room for them to not be minors.

Anyways, another fun thing about this show is that, there is an english interview with P.Cheewin, the director about this project and I remember him saying that this project will deal with issue of the dark side of society, especially "sex worker" and "hidden cam" stuff. From what we've seen in its trailer so far, and how they teased the trailer in Telegram with "voice leaked," I feel that they really lean into the concept. Also, with the fact that they collab with Rainbow Sky Assoc. who deal with sexual health for this project too mean that they are aware of the responsibility of the content they're making. For this, I'd say we stay tuned and be the judge of that for ourselves once it's airred.

It definitely has the atmosphere of a play. I feel like I’m waiting for Godot.Very different and quite interesting…
And I'll be here feelin like there's No Exit from this weird situation.

For anyone thinking this might be a play...... this is definitely a stage play in an on-screen format.

Even the script is definitely written for a play than a tv series, lol. The language used was in such a poetic prose fit for stage play than a more realism of a film/series, but the subtitle kinda betrayed that a bit. Even some lines in Thai sounds like it was translated, lol. It does push you away from being fully immersed into questioning the character themselves more.

I just watched a few episode and it's so interesting how the mom talk with Wang. The way she almost never use pronoun for mother-son relationship but using couple-ish pronouns make it almost felt like she use Wang as his dad's replacement. Even the way when she acted sometimes feel more like a couple throwing tantrum than an actual upsetting mom toward Wang. And when she does use appropriate pronoun and finally bringing out the mom persona it really makes you wanna reinterpret her whole action again.

It's really refreshing for Thai bl to see a show where you aren't really pushed into anyone's narrative. Sure, Wang narrated the whole thing, but we aren't seeing him as that much of a reliable narrator. There are a lot of things that are less black and white than other bl series where you simply know who to root for.

I'm so confused, can someone help me? I'm on episode 2, and I don't understand the relationship between Kuea's…
They're kinda seeing each other. You can think of them as another side of the same conflict from the main couple. Really, I finished the show and I still don't know why he's that scared of him in the first place or even why he had to go home and check in with him.

So, despite what I said last comment, this came out to have a better ending than I expected. I said most things…
I'm a bit sad that in the end it's still Lian who do the proposal... I don't have much hope for this show but I thought we were gonna get Uke to do proposal instead for a change considering how the ending went.

So, despite what I said last comment, this came out to have a better ending than I expected. I said most things I wanted to say already, so let's keep this nice and simple and I'll try to end on a positive note.

Overall, it wasn't that bad of an experience. I still don't like this show. If you can look pass some of the toxicity, then it was more of a pedestrian stroll. The misopportunity in the plot (that lose its sense of making sense in the middle toward until the penultimate episode) and certain flatness in character portrayal is probably the biggest hiccups (some character portrayal really rub me the wrong way, really and the non-existence of a plot), followed with some moments of greenness from the director. There are some good chemistry with some intimate scenes as is evident by some good comments I've seen. I wouldn't really recommend this series unless you have some spare time in your slot and are fans of Domundi works. However, if you really like cute fluff with some amount of hotness, amazing ost, great cinematography and can turn off your brain for fun time, then you might want to consider this series. But honestly, you can really skip it otherwise.

Best actor: Ton.
For main actors, I'll give it between Nunew and Max.

Pls someone explain to me, why Kuea rejected the proposal.
I think he simply felt that they really shouldn't be with each other. The last conflict about Lian's dealing behind Kuea's back really make him actually question their relationship. He learned that since Lian didn't come clean to him, it made him angry and felt that there are really a lot of things that he didn't know about, but he still also hasn't come clean to Lian about his Kirin persona and school stuffs either. He, after Kirin's performance, still continued to lie to Lian to keep the status quo, and then later got a confirmation from Diao that Lian knew, probably all along, about his secret life. I think he thought it wouldn't work out that way as he started to face the truth and that Lian didn't really deserve him and that Lian might not really be the person for him. Of course, it's not like Lian didn't do no wrong for this to happen either, but if you asked for Kuea's reasoning then I think that's probably it.

As a person who didn't notice the toxicity at first and later was able to look past most of it, I still don't think it's as good of a show as some people make it to be. There are plenty of good looking people in this show and good looking cinematography and they seems to care enough to advocate some lgbtq+ issue to integrate it into the plot, but that's probably it.

I still stand by my opinion that EP6 is where the "string of events" that could be called a plot start to really not make any sense. If smut is not your thing, you can literally skip to ep11. The directing could really use a LOT of work and it shows as early as in ep2. Even if you replace some of them with really seasoned and great actors (and some of the existing cast really put in the work to act the character), they wouldn't really be able to save the show.

In a way, I might be the true minority in this comment section who don't really complain about toxicity but still don't like it anyway. I still agree with a lot of the comments that point out such toxicity because it still need to be addressed. And I agree with many people that this comment section is the best experience about this show. The show, for me, was more of a stroll where I can just auto-pilot myself as I watch and just do whatever. I was still able to enjoy myself as I talked about each episode with my friend as we watched but if you asked me if it was good or not. I'd say not really.

For once, I'm happy that it finally went somewhere. I really don't care about the economy drama. It's more of a plot device than anything. But yeah, finally, Kuea, for once, took some action on his own to hand at the end. Took you long enough, but at least it happened. They really needed that to happen in their life even tho it'd be better to hold that off to somewhere private but yeah sh*t happens.

I still think NuerSyn kiss, while sweet, was so random. Their relationship are shown to be so random, lol. It would have been sweeter if Nuer can finally make up his mind between Kuea and Syn but whatever. It's really nothing new so I'll just appreciate the random kiss. That's it.

It's surprising to me that people still expected good perfect ending they want for Tofu. I don't really understand why people feel cheated by the ending, but maybe because I never viewed this show as just a BL. It's pretty evident from the start that this show doesn't have typical BL elements, or at least those that are commonly found in Thai BL, so I knew right away that the writer will subvert our expectation of a BL ending.

I agree tho that it is not a fair ending for Tofu and that there's no poetic justice for Jan and TRD, but I viewed the latter as a political statement and the show has been really tackling with politics pretty intensely for usual BL standard. I'm also mad that Jan didn't get the punishment she is due. However, I'm not sure about it since I interpreted that Tatarn now renovated Jan's house into his studio.
As for Tofu, I can understand why some of you might be sad because the character didn't get their "romantic justice" (if that word make sense, lol) that is normally expected from "BL" shows. I really wished he can stayed human too. It's a really hard ending since I know that Tofu wouldn't be able to live his live happily either if he knew that he's actively taking away someone's life so he could be happy. It's really a hard decision, especially when I know many people will be more invested in Tofu than Nut. I hope you can take some times to heal and hope that your memories of this show can stop at the penultimate episode.

For me, this show will always be one of the best LGBTQ+ show. I might sound crazy, but the slew of recent shows that doesn't feel like it saying anything substantial for the community is really turning me a bit off from the genre of fantasy made by and for shippers. Deep down in my mind, I feel like this show do justice to some struggle I had watching BL shows with the feeling that the genre alienated me to certain extent. So in that regard, this show will be the precious show for me.

Only 2 question left , why Tofu is like Neung and what will happend to him Lets not forget Ms right slipper too
I might not have a satisfying in-universe explanation for that, but my theory is that the writer use this as a device to parallel Nut's story with that of his mom's condition. Both of them are shown to be transfixed with this one person, but was later revealed that both were red herring all along. We thought Saen was the dad, but it turned out he's not. Similarly, we thought it has something to do with Nueng, but it was actually Tarn.

I do hope they explained that somehow, but I doubt they will.

I watched the first 3 episodes and I was really bored, does it get better from here?
If you're bored because there's not enough fluff or smut, then keep watching. But if not then, yeah, there are comments here saying the first few episodes are the best and it fall flat after that. Personally, I think ep6 is the point where it stopped making sense.

After reading the comments I ain't watching this
I can say that this episode is more eventful than the last. While it might not move the plot and the conflict forward that much, it did go somewhere. I was on my phone playing games the during the whole smut scene, lol.

But then again, I'm probably not invested in LianKuea anymore to feel that the comedy was out of place.

Another interesting character's name.

Saen's boss lady's name is Kaewchingduang, and it means "the gem that stole/take away destiny/fate/luck".... A surprising name and fittingly considering what is revealed in this episode.

Interesting stuff about each character's name.

- Peeranat means "the brave sage" with Nut, in this case, meaning "sage"
- Tofu is.... well, tofu.
- The dog's name means "chives."
- Mom's name, Na, from Matana, meaning either "cupid" "love" or "lust."
- Interesting point is that Matana shared writing in original thai script with the name Mattana which is the main character's name in a classic Thai literature. She is an angel who went through many things and finally asked to become a rose.
- Saen means "hundred thousand."
- Sib Muen means "ten of ten thousand" which if you do the math, is basically a hundred thousand. (very interesting)
- Jan could mean a certain type of tree with scientific name Diospyros decandra. Not sure its significant meaning. But her real name, Sajjaree, has one possible meaning of "kind and true." (such irony) The way that Ken accent on the first "Sat" sound of her name means "animal" and is a common thai bad word.
- Nueng means "one" and Song means "two."
- Nueng's real name is Anon, which in this case means "never-ending"
- Tatarn literally means "the eye of river." Ta is eyes, and Tarn/tharn is river (the same as Tharn from TharnType btw). I'm not sure what it refers to, but it might mean the river's source.
- Kensit means "criteria of rights." Rights as in human rights and stuff.
- Pribpree is a name of a certain kingdom that is now within border of Thailand in the province Petchaburi. Meaning unknown.

That's all I could find. This show is so refreshing in its groundedness in the plot (except the obvious fantasy bear of course). I just binged it and finally caught up to the latest ep on netflix now. I feel like the book must be well-written with more care than usual bl shows which is evident in its unified theme and how each plotpoint and characters' conflict felt so well-parallel or well-interwoven.
