Definitely agree. He's one of my favorite writers for sure. I fell in love with Quartet which also introduced me to great actors and actresses (became a big fan of Issei Takahashi). And now, I fell in love again with this one which have those same familiar actors and actresses with Okada Masaki as icing on the cake!

Oh yes! A rare fan of Love Shuffle like me haha. I watched it when I was like 12 or 13 and now, I'm an adult who can't forget her first Jdorama love. Imma add you haha.

Great review. Yup, I felt the same way with Hassaku, but that one-on-one conversation between these awesome female bestfriends is my favorite from episode 4. That talk inspired me because I can relate to both women, especially the part when Kagome said, "We need people like you. There can be a girl who will say that someday she wants to be like you," to Towako. And I felt I was that girl, and then I want to be an insipiration like Towako someday too. At the same time, I'm Kagome because I find romantic relationships burdernsome, and I like the freedom that comes with being single, especially the part where there's less drama and responsibilities. This is why I like Jdoramas so much. The simplicity, nuance, and realism -- you can tell how much thought and attention to detail go into the script. And of course, the smooth and realistic directing too. No need for flashy scenes and CGI to entertain us fans (=

I've been watching those biceps since Tomorrow With You, so I totally know what you are talking about haha. But his body in Move to Heaven is just something else (I marvel at it) and it makes sense why when you mentioned how much time and effort he spent. I can barely make it when I jog for like 30 minutes a day, so let alone 3 hours. Imagine how many shows I can watch during that period lol.

Finally! Someone mentioned le body!!! Those oh so fine close-up shots of his ripped body in Move to Heaven made me think if I'm seeing CGI or perfection lol. Can we make a thread dedicated to appreciating his body since it's a work of art? Hahaha.
