The flying is suppose to mimick Qinggong where someone's internal energy is so strong they can "fly" or move real fast. It's more common in wuxia novels. I don't think if this derived purely in C-Hollywood or if this came from ancient legends/stories, etc.

This is actually really normal for c dramas, especially where theres a mystery involved. Idk if this skill was completely made up in CDrama / C-Hollywood, or derived from some ancient method / story but I've seen them do this since I was a kid in movies and dramas. Lol.

I pretty much watched because of the cast. I love Shawn. Tiffany I've liked her dramas. I was very excited for Charmaine since I've watched her transition from HK to Cdramas. But this one just fell short in terms of plot (for me)
