Just a Q guys.... do u guys think that this session 1 was better or this one?
I like both equally (I might even like this one slightly more tbh but we'll see when it finishes airing)!! I honestly had my doubts about this one since the first one was so good, but I honestly think the two dramas can be judged separately on their own since the two dramas really don't have THAT much connection. So far, this one's really good: good story, great characters and character dynamics, good acting (much to my surprise) and cinematography and filming is as good as the first one (since same production company and all).
but only Memory Lost, LMIYD, and WASFIL have been adapted into dramas so far. The next Ding Mo novel adapted into a drama is Our Glamourous Times starring Zhao Liying (but OGT is not a crime/thriller drama)

yeah I'm so glad it's doing better!!! it premiered to lackluster ratings since almost everyone didn't want to watch because of the cast and fear that it wasn't going to be as good as NIF1. But now that people who have seen it are giving it positive feedback, more people are watching it simply by word of mouth too. I'm so glad :D

pretty sure they do!! I saw a photo still that the NIF2 Official Weibo account shared last week of Meng Qianxue with a little boy. And in the ending theme song, you see Tingsheng with a little boy. Pretty sure the little boy is the son.
that was from week 52 though but since premier, they've only been pulling an avg of 0.3 in TV ratings :// but people are liking it more and more so I hope it goes higher :D
it's not doing super great in terms of TV ratings in China, because of the skepticism of the casting and people's worry that it could not live up to NIF1, but at least now it's slowly starting to rise. Plus only iQiyi has the rights for the online broadcast, so the online views are a bit slow too.

I mean I guess, but Beijing and Qinghua still holds more weight, even tho Zhejiang only ranks right behind. Like everyone always groups BJ and QH together, by its prestige and power, but no one really groups other ones together yaknow, even if you're from northern or southern China. And being a doctor in China is respected, but you don't earn as much and the treatment of doctors in China is much lower than the treatment of doctors in other countries such as the U.S. You work your butt off but your payback isn't really in balance with how much you work. Whereas if he'd done math and gotten a job at a tech company, he'd be making way more bank. But I mean this is a drama so whatever XD

I honestly don't know how Xiao Pingjing's character will change, but I'm pretty sure his character will mature up A LOT after the death of Xiao Pingzhang. In an interview by Sina News, the director, Kong Sheng, says that Liu Haoran has to hard carry the latter half of the drama and that he does a very good job of it. He says that the Xiao Pingjing at the end will be a complete difference from how he was in the beginning. So let's pray for the best!! :D

I read in an interview article by Sina News, and the director Kong Sheng says that Pingjing and Lin Xi will have a pretty good ending, so at least that's good!! He says the process will have its ups and downs but the ending should be good.
also same, I loved the martial arts sequence in episode 15!! It was awesome!! I've already replayed it many times :D
Wiki says Xiao Yuan Qi will stop the army from being deployed i hope not i like him..
Yuan Qi started off as friends with Pingjing, but he later on turns against him. But I've also heard and read that Yuan Qi will later join Pingjing and become a good guy again......and judging from the theme song MVs, it does seem like it'll happen. But yeah, for now, he's not on their side.
