I hope so... otherwise it's ok too because in real life some people never get their karma, sadly.
true. I was also thinking that since this drama tries to be realistic about flawed, damaged people: the characters may not get karma for their actions.
EP 2 the annoying other girl shows up, sigh. And we also see the SML. So Wen Chenyi reverts to a 9year old boy from time to time. Not sure if it's DID because he remembers when he turns into a child. Is it Schritzophenia? Not sure. But interesting to have the ML have some sort of mental health problem in a romcom- well at least in the first two eps it is. Donk know about later.
EP 4: I guess the ML is always the Prince or some kind of royalty in these dramas. Why can't he just be a regular person? Anyways, I get the uncles dilemma, he's worked hard to be where he is. But since Mu is the prince the territory goes to him, unfair as it is, that's the way the line of succession is. I just hope the uncle doesn't hold too much hatred in the end when he realizes the King is preparing his son to be a ruler with his help. The general is making things harder for the uncle tho and I'm glad that Mu isn't dumb and is suspecting some of the uncle's treachery. I like Fei's personality hopefully they don't regress her too much when the time comes for her to become dumb for tropey reasons. As for the sister: no comment.
Ep 6: why is the other girl who is interested in the ML always so annoying? They know the man doesn't like them yet they do everything they can to keep the ML & FL apart. So tired of that cliche. At least it looks like Zhou may grow up later seeing the end credits. But right now, can't stand her.
EP 3 The dog in the flashback was so cute! so was the first one. Lesson here when encountering a stray or lose dog don't run because it only agitates the dog and can cause it to attack, esp. if it's aggressive. At least the cutie just wanted the chicken lol. Yang's boss is so gross! I know laws in China and other countries may be different, but I hope he gets accused of harassment. Yang doesn't seem to be the only one he's done this to. Shiyan protecting Yang tho was <3. I wish he would have dumped the glass of wine over the director's head but what he did was good too. Cheng Hui can definitely tell Shiyan has feelings for Yang, but dude is in deep denial, or is he???? hmmm. Side note: this series makes me hungry. haha. The food looks so good.
Agreed! In the following episodes its going to be nerve wracking because of the the same situation you stated…
Ugh I hate that writers do that. I really hope Jiang Ci doesn't go there. She is smart so I'm hoping there comes a time where she doesn't let Pei Yan manipulate her anymore.
It's also a bit like in The Eternal Love 1-2-3 with Qu Tan'er waking up in the body of a girl of same name in…
yes, the Eternal Love was more comedy but it did have those angsty moments. Looks like this one will have more ansty moments going by the trailer and end credits.

Ahh The Eternal Love too! another one that I enjoyed. This one should be fun because it follows that model. It also looks pretty angsty like the previous two.
This was such a good episode not just because of the sex scene but Jattawa and Four getting closer and closer. They are so cute. I'm also glad that they found a way to put a stop to that nasty Kie. I was hoping either Four or Wa recorded her. So happy when I saw that Four did. Funny how the Stepmother called Four a leech when she's the real leech ugh. But I hope Four brings her down too.
I’m wondering if this series was originally 12 episodes but in the end they cut it down to 10. It’s just everything feels so disjointed after ep 5. Although episode 7 was a little better edited it was still rushed. Then there’s the issue of Mac’s age which also hinders this series. 3 more eps to go and bye bye.
I knew she wasn't going to take it well once she found out Jiuk's last secret. He should have told her earlier. Such a beautiful episode. In a way it felt like the last episode until the last boom fell. The confession scene <3 <3 <3
EP 11. Pei Yan shows how sick in the head he truly is. I knew that guy was dangerous but man he's freaking crazy. Pulling that stunt just to force Jiang Ci to stay by his side? He's scary and psycho. I just wish Ci would give him the same attitude she gives Zhao all the time. Her being submissive towards Pei when he just imprisoned her(and this is just the start from what I've seen from spoilers) upsets me. BTW I never knew restricting a girl from her freedom was treating her well. But I guess Tong Min and An meant him "worrying & protecting." Ci as Yan treating her"well". Wei Zhao is really softening up to Ci now. He almost returned her clay cat but of course he's still going to use her more for his purposes. Oh and was that a tiny smile I saw at the end there? when she blocked him lol. He's definitely starting to see her more than just an annoyance now. He likes her loyalty and understands her well. Oh and the first episode where PY and WZ switch hairstyles..... interesting.
I'm dropping this not my kind of drama sorry. I was ok with the first episode but found the second one extremely boring. Tho the actress is very good at what she does, the ML makes me extremely uncomfortable when I see him onscreen. Shame because the story is interesting, but DH is not for me.
Green Flash Workshop is the same set used in The Starry Love used as Mei Youquin(2nd shard's) home. Where Yetan…
The uncle is of course jealous of Mu because we can't just have one of these characters we have to have two! One in each of the leads families. Although right now he doesn't see Mu as a threat and doesn't want to harm him because of that. I think that will change once the uncle does feel threatened.
Green Flash Workshop is the same set used in The Starry Love used as Mei Youquin(2nd shard's) home. Where Yetan and Youquin got married aww memories! EP 3 So Fei has two childhood friends haha. I can see the competition for her is going to be fierce. Do love her spunky personality. Like that Chinese dramas have been moving away from the weak, childish, annoying FL's lately.
Very enjoyable first episode. it reminded me of The Romance of Tiger and Rose a little bit. And that's one of…
From the trailer and end credits I feel like this won't stay a sweet romcom for much longer. It's going to turn angsty pretty soon tho it still may have a little bit of comedy from time to time. Also, there's a love triangle in store with a character that didn't come out in the first episode yet and Manyi.
Very enjoyable first episode. it reminded me of The Romance of Tiger and Rose a little bit. And that's one of my faves so I'm definitely going to like this, unless it goes bad somewhere in the middle.
Ep 5: I really liked this episode the fight scenes were impressive, and the romance was so sweet. And of course, Qu Zheng is actually from the Xu family. Practically the fallen prince that is hiding his true identity. So typical but still enjoyable even with that usual cliche.
3 years is decent in Chinese dramas. Just check Braveness of the Ming, it took 9 years to air... 🗿It's just…
no wonder everything gets pushed back so much. Maybe the entertainment industry should lessen the number of dramas made that way there isn't so much traffic. some don't even get to air because of that sadly.

EP 3
