EP 2 I really love their friendship (does it amount to more? probably they just don't know it yet). They know each other so well (the sharing of food at the restaurant showed that well) and are always there for each other. Sometimes the best relationships do come out from friendship and sharing such a bond with someone else. Yang definitely is about to encounter jealousy in her workplace, and it might get even more dangerous for her if she keeps uncovering sketchy dealings done by the bank. Haha the: "If a have double intentions towards her let us both get hit by a car." a motor bike comes out of nowhere. I think the universe is trying to tell Shi Yan something ;). And the mom seems to know, mothers always know.
So now Zhi Nan is the one who's lying XD. But they are broken up from what was said today. Looks like Peng and Su are too. I'm guessing that man in Hong Kong is Su's father or something. And Nan likes messed up men with inferiority complex who like to use women. Peng because of his background and Pao because he's a spoiled rich guy whose family controls him.
Fateful love too and some other contemporary dramas.
Ohhh I didn't know about FL taking so long to air. I guess with the Chinese industry it's 50% dramas that air a year after they are done filming. And 50% 2 years or more.
As much as I dislike SE/OE I feel like most of the historical/political, wuxia series have these types of endings. To a degree I feel like it's tradition. I've seen so many with these endings. I think only now the writers are starting to change them. But if the novel has a SE sometimes it's not possible. And I think with LoN it's not sadly.
Watching the first episode there's definitely feelings by both of them but Jiang Shi Yan made a big no-no in making them sworn buddies. Never do that if you like the person, it doesn't end well. I do think he knows he has feelings for her but prefers just being her friend for now. BTW Love how they are both foodies by the way: cute.
Good how Hae Young wasn't angry about Ji Uk keeping his true identity secret from her. But I do think she'll react very badly when she finds out the other secret he's keeping from her. Especially, since she said: "No more secrets between us." and he still said nothing. Ha Jun helping Nam Jeon and Gyun Hyun was nice of him. I think deep down he does care about his boss but he hates him too. At least he apologized for the comment to NJ. LMAO the ending scene. And ep looks sweet, intense and lots of angst.
What an intense episode! had me biting my nails the whole hour. I think in the end both Joke and Jack will join forces with Tatoo and Hoy to bring down the debtors. The set up was there this ep. It's going to be really hard to do tho.
I don’t think she has yet. A bit disappointed by her. She is too relaxed, why tell them about the secret mark…
she doesn't trust WZ at all. Now she will start too bue eep. The one she trusted blindly was PY and that's why I complained about before. But now she seems to start to see him as the selfish man he is.
I am almost sure the Yan sisters are innocent. They are not guilty of prince QI's death
Maybe but for now she's just an ordinary girl. Apparently, someone said that in the novel she's just a normal girl. But who knows they may change that for the drama.

It's because she grew up sheltered all her life. She doesn't know the ways of the world or the malice of it. As she said in ep 10. She's barely getting to see it now so it will take her a time to develop that malice and distrust the two men in her life have.
EP 10: The sword dance was heartbreaking. Amazing acting by Allen Ren, just like the rest of the episode. I'm loving him here more than I have before. Jiang Ci finally sees what her meddling caused and that not all is black and white as she always thought. There are always grey areas everywhere. Landy Li was fantastic while Ci watched the dance that's why she's one of my top 3 Chinese actresses. Seems like Ci and Zhao have reached a seize fire and understanding. I guess that grabbing of the neck scene is the last time he will physically hurt her. I think the reason he can't kill her is because he recognizes himself in her. She might not be as malicious are as clever as he is, but she has that same fire that he does. I think deep down he really likes that. I'm so glad that JIang Ci is finally opening her eyes to the Marquis. He's NOT the honorable man she believes him to be. Watching the He's die really opened her up to seeing him as he is: manipulative, dangerous and selfish. Still, I think her sense of loyalty to him because she owes him her life, won't let her get out of his clutches yet. The King is a very weak man and WZ knows exactly how to use him to pit him again Yan for his motives. I enjoyed watching the king doubt PY. PY's mother by the way, she is scary and I'm worried about the Yan sisters.
