I got to say I really like that the ML already suspects that is not his wife. Refreshing since in most of these kind of twin swap stories the ML can never tell the difference. And if he can, he just chalks it up to her changing because of circumstances. Not here tho, I like it.

Exactly. One of the reasons I loved The Starry Love so much. Both Yetan and Qingkui were exceptional FL's.

Oh man ep 34 was so infuriating and it shows even more what a piece of shat the Heavenly Emperor is. All he cares about is being the supreme ruler and probably getting revenge on Yetan for "taking" Youqin away from him. Which, she didn't the pos did that all himself for not letting Youqin be with the woman he loves now he intends to kill her UGH. Look, I never wanted Yetan to kill him, and I still stand by that, but this episode makes his "redemption" at the end even more disgusting. Someone else should have offed that old geezer and in a very painful, satisfying way. At least he lost everything and was seen as a laughingstock for a while there.
Bravo to the Mortal King he's finally the father he should have always been! Love how he imprisoned his uncle and stood up for his daughters. No more of that cowardly parent. YT would be so proud of her dad at this moment.
Youqin loves Yetan so much(I'm so in love with their love) no matter what he'll always be with her. When I saw a clip of Yetan's dream (which yikes!) I knew that couldn't be him because he would never do that <3 .Glad it was just her imagination. Too bad certain people and circumstances keep him from doing what he wanted to do when it came to Tan :(.
Chaofeng was so right about Suzhi he catch up to her pretty soon, he can read people so well. Everything he says makes sense when we reach ep 39. The writers should have kept her loyal
Everyone in the Heavenly Realm is as disgusting as it's Emperor except for Youqin's mother and siblings + the 3 masters. The same goes for the Void except for the Saintess and Wudai.
BTW I love how much much Qingheng , Ziwu and their mom love Yetan, they never doubted her and are very loyal to her. Yes, that has a lot to do with how YQ feels about YT, but she was also able to earn their love for being who she is.
More heartbreak coming tomorrow. and 6 eps to go til I'm fully done this time:(.

Off topic. Just watched the first 2 episodes of The Romance of Twin Flower and it's good. I think it can help with TSL withdrawals. The FL there is similar to Yetan but not as cunning as of yet. Also, the FL and ML have similar dynamics to Youqin and Yetan. One of their scenes reminded me so much of YQ&YT. It's not a Xianxia/Wuxia but more of a historical, mystery, comedy. I like it so far. Plus it has Ryan Ding so win-win.

Anyways off to watch ep 34 of TSL XD.

Just watched the first two episodes and this is so good! I love how resourceful the FL is and most important she is NOT annoying which I'm really loving in these dramas. I was so tired of the weak annoying FL's that I had to drop a lot last year. This year it's different imo. I missed RD so it's good to see him again. And I was wrong this is nothing like The Romance of Tiger and Rose which phew! I love that one so much that I didn't want a clone. This one def isn't . This may help with my The Starry Love withdrawals. Speaking of TSL the scene between the FL, ML and his guard where they were listing her money schemes reminded me so much of the scene in TSL when Youqin asks Feichi to tell Yetan all her crimes LOL. Anyway, this looks like it will keep me entertained. Hopefully they don't drop the ball later.

Hopefully it’s not goodbye just yet. I’m having withdrawals too even if I am in ep 34 lol. But I had the enjoyment of new episodes everyday & rye animated convos here after the eps. Not the same now that it finished airing lol. I’m looking for something else to watch that can may be help but it’s hard to find something I like. I’m gonna watch Twin Flower Romance with my Ryan Ding hopefully that helps. I hope we can meet up in another comment section too 😁. I’ll stay here a little bit more til I’m finished which should be mon. 😂

The Void costumes in general were better :). I also loved YT's. The Heavenly Realm ones were ok but some were too bland. I did like the girl's mortal clothes tho.

Honestly I never expected GMMTV to pair Gun with someone else other than Off in romance. Esp when they have a series coming out this year. But we'll see which direction this goes in.

Oh my gosh! This is airing tomorrow? YASSSS! My Ryan Ding is back. Hopefully it helps with the gigantic hole TSL left me with. Thou tbh it's really hard to get into anything right now. But for my Ding, I will try.

Twin flower drama looks interesting but it gives me so many The Romance of Tiger and Rose and I don't know if it's a good thing. TRoTAR is one of my favorites so I don't want it duplicated. Hopefully Twin Flower is nothing like that and it's different from what the trailer makes it seem.

The world would go to hell with those two. Yeah when I found out she died I was in ep 18 so every time I saw her in my current eps I felt sad. I missed her in the later eps.
