Dont think they are acting tbh they've been friends for a long time and that comes across. I think they met in 2017 and I read that they've kept close ever since then. That's way their scenes came out so genuine. Backstage too.

Yes when I saw them onscene I didn't see LLD or CXX. I saw Yetan and Youqin. Both were so good and natural in their roles. Def two of the best actors of their generation.

Me too. Even if there were little kissing scenes the intimacy between CXX and LLD made up for it. They were so comfortable together and that ramped up their chem. XHL also had this with LC.

His redemption wasn't 100% to my liking but in the end, it makes way more sense than the "insta" one they tried with the HE nope, nope, nope. That one was disgusting imo. Anyway :). Yes, our girl must have had so much goodness inher to not turn evil, Maybe it was Qinkui, Man Man and Di Lanjue's love that prevented her to go full on evil. They kept her human.

If you want a Xianxia where the ML risks his life more than once to protect the woman he loves. Where the FL and ML have a very healthy, loving supportive relationship, good character development and awesome side characters I highly recommend: The Starry Love. If you haven't seen it yet of course.

No connection it's just from the same team that's why they are known as the Honey Trilogy. You really don't have to watch Skate into Love unless you want to ;).
