Yes, I agree with you. I don't think she's stupid at all, maybe a little naive sometimes, but she is fast witted and covers herself well when she realizes her mistakes.

They are really hilarious whenever they're together, calling each other names in front of the Emperor like kids. I really love that.

This is my first time watching Gülnezer Bextiyar. I find her beautiful and her acting pretty good. I like her character too. But according to viewers on Duboku, they dislike Gülnezer Bextiyar (for all kind of reasons). Some also complain about Timmy Xu for overacting. I guess that's why they give low ratings.

I love this drama and I love the 2 leads. But I have to say this: though I love Xu Wei Zhou (Timmy Xu), I find his facial expressions inconsistent and at times, weird especially when he looks at someone.

That spy has already discovered the family before A'Wu visits them. So it's not A'Wu that has lead to their capture/death.

I thought that family is discovered by Helan Zhen's spy (the disguised prostitute) when she follows Xiao Qi, not A'Wu having them exposed.

To XQ, helping that family is not a big deal to him because he's been doing the same for all his fallen men, that's why he hasn't mentioned it to A'Wu; it has nothing to do with trust and he's not trying to keep it away as a secret from her.

- A'Wu is entrusted to take care of the baby emperor
- Dumb 3rd Prince will come charging in to take the throne, only to find himself against A'Wu who vows to protect the baby emperor, and may eventually take him down
- Hu Yao may become a princess consort, as someone has mentioned here earlier, to whom? I speculate to Xiao Qi since she has saved him

I don't feel the FL is dumb at all. I like her character. She's been very well protected so she hasn't actually seen how horrible people can be. She's learning fast because she's super intelligent, and she's courageous and forthright, and unpretentious.
