I finish episode 8 now. Yes, bizarre is the right word for me too. I kind of like the story - there are some mysteries and hidden identities which I want to discover. But then, there's also a lot of inconsistencies, weird and over simplistic dialogues. I like the 2 main leads and their relationship, but again, it feels uncomfortable. The actions and expressions of the characters don't seem to synch with the situations they're in.

I'm only on episode 6. Can't say it's good or bad, but if there's something good airing right now, I don't think I'd miss dropping this one, but then I may pick it up again just to finish watching it. Furthermore, Wang Yibo is adorable.

I wouldn't be too worried about negative comments from any viewers because if ZLY really has the substance, no one can hurt her. For me, I believe in chemistry. I guess I don't have the chemistry with ZHW. Similarly, perhaps some viewers also don't have the chemistry with ZLY. So you shouldn't be too upset over it.

I have watched all her dramas and I still can't say her acting is good. Perhaps for some scenes she gets her acting right, but for most scenes, she's just lacking.

Yes, I've liked the tournaments too. Just too bad they don't really show the winning strategies or how the players set up their offense/defense. I also would have loved to watch more of the double competition of Shi Guang and Yu Liang against other competitors, how they communicate with each other without words etc. Too bad this is never shown. Their relationship together (really together) is too short, only 1 and the final episode.
