AWESOME REVIEW!laughed at the sour faces of the ML, which i also find his so sour and yet still likeable!! I also…
I'm glad you like this one like I did, yes, somehow I just love this sour face :D If you haven't watched, you may want to watch The Wolf for your next drama to see if you like it. I really love The Wolf because of the romance (I'm romance silly XD).
Communicating nicely is not a trait of Bo Wang. He's not supposed to be a nice person. He's a war machine.
Oh, there are different levels of being nice here: he may have a nasty mouth that spills shit (hence giving the impression that he's not nice), but deep down inside, he's kind and nice. So being nasty here is just a cover for him because he's not supposed to be nice :)

You know, viewing is so subjective. There is a few dramas which I watched only for a few episodes. Despite they are being so hot for some other viewers, for me, I just couldn't proceed anymore. For example, The Bad Kids which I considered very good acting and good story but it's just not what I wanted to watch, so I dropped it after a few episodes, though I still gave it a high rating. On the other hand, I just couldn't stand Dating in the Kitchen despite I'm Zhao Lusi's fan; I disliked the story and the characters, so I dropped it and gave it a lower than my normal rating. Sometimes, it's either the stories or my chemistry with the actors (eg. I don't have chemistry with the leads in The King of Blaze or All Out of Love, so I dropped both and gave them low ratings). In that perspective, we cannot assume that all those viewers who drop the dramas and give them low ratings are simply manipulative and fraudulent.
Our rating system is so flawed. The rule of thumb is, don't simply trust the ratings; a show can be either over or under rated. It all depends on our personal taste. We just need to be smarter to tell the difference of a good or a bad drama.

Right! Shouldn't take out those votes just because the viewers don't like the dramas and cannot proceed watching anymore. If these viewers want to bring down the ratings, they could just say they complete watching and simply don't like the dramas. So it doesn't make a lot of sense to exclude anybody. Anyway, we should not trust these ratings in the first place because there are no criteria how a drama is being rated; it's all based on personal opinions. Most viewers would give a very low rating if the ending is sad, or not of their liking despite it's a good story or good acting.
The ending has a "6-months-later" so I also think the wolf lived out those months and passed later due to poisoning.…
Awwww, you make it sound even more painful. Imagine he cries every night, missing her. Remember he's so devastated when his baby and mother wolves die? I can't bear to think he lives like this for the next few months. I'd rather think he brings her back to their cave, lays next to her and dies together in that cave. I cannot bear to think he lives another day with a broken heart T_T
Also the whole situation is just absurd. She found out the he is the Wolf boy and they immediately assume that…
That's so true about Bo Wang. Nonetheless I still love this character. Apart from on the battle fields and when he's being ambushed, he doesn't kill innocents. I'm just wondering the General (that hanged on the wall) that he purported kills at the beginning scene of Bo Wang's first appearance (with his war wolves), we didn't see his killing, we saw him in fact saving him (by cutting the rope). Then the next scene was him meeting with the Emperor with a box, purportedly holding the head of the General. We don't know what has happened in between. We don't know who has killed the General or even if it's a faked head. Some scenes have been cut out here. Any idea?
The tiger scenes are EPIC, with Wang Dalu's acting, fighting the tigers. Knowing those are faked tigers, and yet I still jumped multiple times, clenching my hands and biting my teeth.
