I have just watched the first episode. It's good. If you're into palace politics, inter-kingdom conflicts, espionage etc, you'd like it. Cheng Yi's character here is good, very smart and badass. Whether it's a tragic/sad ending or not should not be used as a standard to judge this drama.

Exactly! The top hot actors these days are mostly 23 or below like Arthur Chen, Wang Yibo, Song Wei Long, despite how well they can act. It seems their strategy is building up huge fan bases for the stars and milking from their fandom, not that I'm not one of them :D
