Episode 34 during He Mei's conversation with her best friend. She says Li Haichao still thinks she has remarried and given birth to Dong Dong. Her friend interjects that why hasn't she told Haichao about Dong Dong, implying that Dong Dong is not her biological child.

Just out of curiosity, do men cry watching this drama? Please note I don't label crying as being weak, on the contrary.

It appears that the little boy Dong Dong is not He Mei's biological son and she's been single all these years. At this point, there's a big chance that she may get together with Li Ba and give Ziqiu a complete family that he so deserves.

I think she has already received treatments that's why she has walked out from her dark days. I have a feeling that she's coming back not to cause trouble, but to help Ling Xiao to walk out from his darkness. Let's hope so.

Don't hate this drama even if they don't end up together. Whoever they may end up with will be their true loves. That's more important. Don't you think? :)

For me, as long as the family is intact, it doesn't matter whether they're married or not because wedding is just a formality. It doesn't make the family more, or less, family by a piece of paper. Being a family comes from the hearts of the individuals. Some people may have the most glorious wedding of the century, but after a couple of years, they are divorced. So, if Ling Xiao can walk out from the shadow and into the sunshine showered by Jianjian, Li Ba and Ziqiu, he'll be fine.

Ling Xiao needs closure too. Let's hope he gets it.

I believe Ziqiu would eventually find out whatever happened to her in the last 20 years from others, and forgive her. That's his closure.

Yes, there's a lot of subtle romances. From the first episode when the children are still little, there's no romance per se, but you can still see a lot of indication of the special relationship between the ML and FL, which blossoms into romance in their adulthood. It's a romance that builds on knowing a person for more than 20 years, understanding every need and mood, truly caring for each other from the bottom of their hearts. Everything in this drama is very happy, at the same time can make you cry because it's very touching.
