Hahahaha you are crazy to wake up at 5 am for a drama! Although I used to wake up at 4 or 5 am on school days…
LOL! We all do crazy things once in awhile. That's how we keep life interesting XD

Title And the Winner Is Love Spoiler
I woke up at 5 AM so that I can complete the whole thing before I start work (I must be crazy). Yeah, you guess it - I didn't get 'my' epic scene. What did I get instead? A runaway groom! Heck!

There is always one demented-serial-killer-androgynous-ass-face prince in the royal or imperial family...Wow...…
Yeah, they should have listened to Mu Yuan - blast him to bits.

Sigh, the logic is for 3 years old (no intention in humiliating 3 years old).
So by Episode 47, the closest to 'my' scene is Tou has a 'pretend' fight with Mu Yuan and he just 'stands' there with his fan. That's it! And as for Xue Zhi, she jumps up and with one stroke, everyone falls. You're so right earlier when you mentioned about wishing those actors can really 'fight'. I don't even dare to wish them to fight, just some watchable, believable movements would do, and even this little wish they fail to deliver :( What a joke!

How is the rating so high when all of the comments either hate it or are lukewarm? Is it worth the watch?
I just downgraded my rating from 9.0 to 8.5. I may still downgrade further once I complete the drama. Having said that, the only reason I may maintain my rating is because of Luo Yunxi. Despite his extremely thin little body and extremely white ghost-like face, I love his visual. I love how he looks half hiding behind his big fan, with his hair flying and clothing floating. I guess that's about all I like about this drama.

The Pillow Book novel is better than Three Miles of Peach Blossoms novel imho. Although, the drama leaves a lot…
Yeah, I hate watching how they make girls look stupid and lovesick all the time, and care for nothing else but pursue their men all over the place. I feel it's degrading. Don't get me wrong. I love heart wrenching love story but pursuing men like this as if they itch to get laid is absolutely abominable.

Didn't they fight together with Lord Lu's men in episode 34?
2 more episodes to go, ... and Tou is only holding his fan for show.... Come on, where is my epic scene?

I'm at Episode 46 and so far the fights are pathetic. It's either that gets hurt or this faints. Never a satisfying fight. Now that one of the strongest opponents is dead, there's no one to fight anymore because with Chong Xue Zhi's power alone, she can kill them all with a wave of her hand. No more fun. Don't think I'd ever get my scene :(

Sigh, the logic is for 3 years old (no intention in humiliating 3 years old).
Baby faces playing fathers, that's so true and so hard to watch. Such a shame. When actors reach their 30s, it's almost like their death sentence; they can only play elderly roles. Normally these veteran actors' skills are honed and better actors, and yet they're not being used. Having said that, China is mass producing actors every year and they need to give all these new actors chances in the industry. This way, the more established ones do not have a stranglehold and demand hefty compensation, and they can be replaced by anyone, which should be good (healthier?) for the industry in a way.

If I remember correctly, Yu Chuzhi wore a mask in the book. Sigh, they should have stuck with that.
I'm glad in the drama, they skip the 6 years wait. Otherwise, more talk and reflect, I'd vomit blood XD

If I had not been that obsessed with 'my' scene (Tou and Xue Zhi hand in hand combating), I would have dropped it long ago. I still haven't seen 'my' coveted scene yet at Episode 44, but it feels we're getting close. At the same time, I'm also prepared for more frustrations. So viewers who have completed the series, please don't spoil it for me.

Just got home after a business dinner (yes I miss lockdown) and am tempted to marathon the rest but the comments…
If you have other dramas like Love In Between, watch those first. Come back to this one when you have nothing else to watch, you may not be better off though.

Yeah, I'm one of those who couldn't stand pillowbook, though I love TMOPB.

LOL! They couldn't disfigure Luo Yunxi; they'd be roasted alive! XD

If the ML could protect himself, this drama would be great. Tencent should release the remaining eps fast!.
He's is super intelligent and quick witted, plus has an amazing healing skill. Those qualities alone can ensure his survival. He doesn't need to know how to fight because he can talk his way out. I'm happy as he is. Having said that, it also reveals that he's a very good fighter before he was poisoned and sent away.

There seems to be a trend of MLs that can't fight or can't fight as well as the FLs.... sigh! The women really…
Yay! Girl power XD!

I can't believe I'm saying this because I hated the book but I would have preferred if the scriptwriter incorporated…
LOL! That's so paradoxical, and you're so right!
