We all see that Lan Zhan was badly wounded. He was exhausted. He tried everything to protect Wei Ying. He was bleeding profusely. Yes, he would have jumped after Wei Ying if not for something else. Remember, he told Wei Ying on the roof that things were not as simple as they seemed. And Wei Ying asked what they were, and before Lan Zhan could answer, Wei Ying heard Yanli's calling and jumped off the roof. So for Lan Zhan, he had unfinished business. He needed to get to the bottom of things. He needed to clear Wei Ying's name. In the Wuji song, it does indicate how important one's honor is. It is more important than life itself. Lan Zhan knew that only he could help Wei Ying. If he had died himself, it was just unthinkable for him.
I ever watched yubin's interview somewhere... he said his favorite character is xueyang or jinguangyao (i forgot…
I do remember in one of the interviews, Yu Bin did mention about playing the Wei Wuxian role when he was asked. It was a wishful thinking. He said he'd wished he was selected for the role but he didn't show any envy or displeasure that he was not (selected). Unspoken, but I can feel that he knew he didn't fit into the Wei Wuxian character that well. Another words, what he was saying was, "Who doesn't want to play Wei Wuxian? One can be propelled to stardom with this role." I don't think there is anything wrong with wishful thinking like this. He is a good actor and he played the Wen Ning role so great with all the funny expressions on his face. I love him.
Don't spread meaningless false rumors. I literally saw nothing on weibo
I get exactly the same meaning as you do with the conversations. I'd like to stress that, even the comments from the other side of the conversation were not malicious or anything. They were kind of pulling Yu Bin's leg. The whole thing is normal and fun. @NK43, please don't make a big deal out of it.

~~~ I don't know what to say. My advice is, don't read too much into things that don't exist. You'll be happier. After all, this is supposed to be entertainment, why do we want to make it into life or death?
Hahaha, you can see how the actual "Lotus lake" look like in behind the scene videos. There's a video of these kids eating lotus seeds in the "lake". Super cute.
I just started today and just got a grasp of what's going on and stuff. The fighting on the rooftops seen is honestly…
There are many more beautiful scenes like this. This is the most beautiful drama I've ever seen. Beautiful in every sense. Indulge in the music too. Happy viewing!
I don’t believe everything I hear on the internet, especially in the entertainment business. Unless I see it…
I watched the video. I don't know why you're finding it offensive. Yu Bin is just being silly. I don't call that mocking; he's just fooling around. I don't know. Maybe I'm like him too, not very sensitive to other people's feelings.
I watched the interview. I think you misunderstood what Yu Bin was saying. Xiao Zhan is a very careful person. He's always very careful with every word he says. Yu Bin is more straight forward. If you directly translate what he says without understanding the context, it may sound disrespectful. But I understand every word he says, and I don't find anything he says inappropriate or he is slandering anybody.
There're no hints of Yu Bin trying to hurt anyone. In fact, I find him straight forward, not trying to craft his sentences to make them sound superficial.
Yu Bin said it in a light-hearted way, nothing disrespectful. Just like boys fooling around with each other calling names. I don't see anything wrong with that.
Can't believe it's not real.
