When I first saw Z. Tao, I thought, "What's wrong with his hair?" But, oh boy, he's charismatic! His exchanges with Qian Wei are so good that I don't want to miss a moment :D

That's called a lack of imagination. Everyone comes out with the same plotline, same story, everything the same :(

This series is unexpectedly good! So cute, great acting, great story. Love It!

If you like rom-com, watch it. It's good!

He's the boss. He owns the company. Who is to say he cannot date anyone from his company? He's said he will change the rule because he can set any rules as he wishes :) It seems he already has in mind that he wants Kelan to spend a lot of time with him in the office, so he has everything ready for her. So funny XD

I don't think she is truly mad at him. In fact I feel she is pleased because he is treating her as equal and wants to share his company with her, that means a lot, like he is taking her as his most important person, and a partner.

Unfortunately there's no woohoo sound XD. Just the keyboard clicking sound XD. And later you catch your boss fondling another man .... XD XD XD. You go bonkers. XD XD XD

How is this series so far? Interesting?

At least 2 triangles - SML loves FL, SFL loves SML, but ML & FL are the OTP.

First 20 episodes, they are together but keep fighting. That's the most enjoyable part. After episode 20, they are more or less "pretend to be" together. After episode 22 or so, they are "for sure" together, but still with SML lingering there :)

It feels great while watching the drama, but when you put it out in a summary like this, which is very succinct, it feels like we've been had :D

These writers just like to give us more angsts as if life right now is not bad enough :<

Indeed such practice of killing concubines who have never been pregnant was brutal and inhumane. As a period that indulged in Confucianism, we can see how flawed the system was. Women were treated like properties of men. It was also because of such a broken system that had made the royal harem so toxic - all the concubines fought to sleep with the emperor because if not, they might have to die with him should he die, and those with offspring, they fought to have male children and murdered others.

I believe you won't regret watching this drama :)
