One observation: the reason for the fat suit is because the character's weight fluctuates a lot over the course of the drama and that wouldn't be possible to achieve by simply hiring a bigger actress.

It's a good question. I don't think we're going to know if it's a mistake or not until the end of the story. But I did notice that so far Gwiju has not been able to get into the school even though Dahae is in there. I don't know why.

What I love about her weight loss is that she didn't immediately regain her ability to fly. Her inability to fly has nothing to do with her weight and everything to do with her self-esteem.

I love that love hasn't fundamentally changed her, she's still incredibly tough and resilient and able to outsmart people. She's not selfishly conning people anymore but she's not suddenly becoming a wilting flower completely dependent on the ML either
