Hit as in you don't like him? He's way layered as a character than Sun Jae.
I'm on that bench with you. I like Sunjae and he belongs with Sol but Taesung is hella fun to watch plus he's already been present twice when Sol's future changed so he's going to play a very important role in the story.
The ML is certainly totally gorgeous, but tbh I'm really loving the SML Kim Tae Sung character the most so far.
Same! I like the ML a lot and I don't have SLS because I don't think the FL should end up with Taesung but he's cheeky and funny and I love a bad boy with a secret heart of gold
I ended up dropping because I absolutely could not deal with the romance. It was bad enough that it was pseudo incest but then Ling Xiao's shit behavior sent the drama off a cliff. Kissing Jianjian in her sleep then cornering her in the elevator and ordering her to break up with her boyfriend, nope, couldn't keep watching after that. It's really a shame because up to that point the drama was a very sweet found family story.
The book is about lonely children from broken families who form a bond, same as our trio.
Jianjian is wearing a t-shirt with a print of a self portrait by Van Gogh
Zi Qiu has a fever in the hospital and a character in the book also has a fever in an important scene
The three of them sit outside and talk about not being able to see the stars the way they did as children which parallels important scenes in the book.
I put off watching this drama because I thought Krist & Gawin were a strange pairing but a friend pushed me to try it and I was amazed by how much I loved it. It's incredibly well written with strong characters who change and grow in ways that feel organic and grounded even within the fantastical plot device of time travel. I love that Kawi and Pisaeng coming out to themselves & others and embracing their love for each other turns out to be the key to everyone's happiness, not just their own. It's now one of my favorite Thai BLs along with Moonlight Chicken, Tale of Thousand Stars and Not Me.
Is the drama actually good and just getting troll-rated/hated by snowflake arabs?
I've enjoyed weird humor in dramas like Behind Your Touch so I was hoping to like this one but I literally laughed once in the first three episodes so I gave up. Something was off about the pacing. It felt very slow and also like it was trying too hard to be funny if that makes any sense.
