Jinta running after his confession because his feelings were too big to keep in was adorable and I just wish we'd gotten some sweet moments with him and Min after. They are too cute. I just realized he hasn't told Min about the mind reading powers, is he going to tell him or are they going to go straight to him losing them?

Rock was beaming sexy at Pai this episode but she was too busy fangirling to see it, I wish she'd hurry up and pick up what he's laying down. Sing is killing it in this role and he needs to be cast as a lead.

Karan's eyes filling with tears after the kiss was very sweet.

Machida Keita is so good in the scenes where Kurosawa is trying to hold it together but his heart is breaking

Except Achi proved nothing because he didn't help Karan with the work assignment or try to stop him from kneeling on the floor or defend him against the harasser. He was useless.

After they get caught by Rock, Karan and Achi hold hands in the same spot instead of avoiding PDA since they know their coworkers are in the building.

Karan does 100% of the work to convince the boss to let them keep their jobs instead of Achi helping out in any way. Also, when the sexual harasser bullies Karan into getting on his knees, Achi doesn't do or say anything to defend or protect his boyfriend even though Karan is only doing it to protect him. Their relationship is completely unbalanced.

Then Achi confesses about the magic like he's telling Karan he has heartburn or something. It should've been a huge dramatic moment but it completely fell flat.

Finally the side couples were so boring this week, literally all Jinta and Min did was assemble plastic flowers.

I didn't love the early episodes but they were good enough to keep me going. Today's episode was just flat out terrible.

I've read parts of the manga and I do think the Japanese adaptation is better, at least with the main leads. Adachi in the manga is such an unappealing character, I really disliked him so much 😩

I know it happens in the manga and I still don't like it. And there's nothing wrong with comparing the Thai version to the Japanese live action adaptation. They both adapted the same manga, it's valid to compare what they did or didn't do well. FWIW I greatly prefer the second couple in the Thai version but strongly dislike Achi, I don't think he's written well and New's performance isn't helping.

I agree with you and I also preferred Machida Keita as Kurosawa though I think Tay is doing pretty well as Karan.

Kurosawa is definitely not as desperate and simpy in the Japanese live action version. For one thing their dates are sane and he doesn't buy Adachi expensive gifts. I didn't like how over the top Karan's date was. They could use a little balance and room for things to develop organically.

Agree that Jinta & Min are showing the best or maybe the most mature relationship development and Pai & Rock are sweet and dare I say sexy? Sing is an excellent flirter.

Achi is poorly written plus I don't think New has a handle on what he's trying to do with the character (probably because of the bad writing)

In the Japanese adaptation Adachi plans a date for Kurosawa because he doesn't want their relationship to be so one-sided and he wants to make sure that Kurosawa enjoys their dates too. They have a lovely scene talking about it. This adaptation may have this scene eventually. I hope so because I think it's badly needed.

I know GMMTV put in the necklace because they will have it for sale in their merch shop but if a dude gave me a charm in the shape of my own ear I'd be afraid he was going to drain my blood and wear my skin as a suit.

That whole date put me off Karan quite a bit especially because he planned the second date instead of telling Achi to take the lead on planning (asking his opinion wasn't enough for me). And yes I know it's almost straight from the manga but I still don't like it.

I think it's cute in a drama but the kind of thing that would call for a restraining order in real life 😆
