This was one of my first few kdramas, and I liked how FL was so relatable while ML was not the typical male lead you'd expect. He was such a gray character and I was so looking forward to knowing more about his background and see his character growth along with the FL's. But the production team did PHJ and his role so dirty.
Excited for this!!! Look at them. They were the supporting characters in Stranger and now they're leading a drama together. But judging by the plot, it seems they won't have much scenes together coz one's a victim and the other an investigator. Still looking forward to this. Hope it turns out great!
Love this!! Been rewatching episode 1 and 2. Love how relaxing and fun this show is. It's also not all nonsense but reflects some reality as well. Excited for episode 3 and 4!!
Those freaking haters and those scum in the industry broke her and I'm so mad. They broke a bright young girl who's hardworking, talented, passionate, and full of dreams. I'm so heartbroken reading about everything she went through, but silver lining is that now she's finally slowly taking control and care of herself again. It's saddening that it had to come to this point, but I'm so proud of her for speaking up like that and fighting for herself again. I hope she gets all the rest, recovery time, love, and support she needs. I hope day by day, she also regains her strength to keep fighting, both her illness and the people who mistreated her. Sending all the love to Lusi!!!!
It really breaks my heart seeing her like this. Chinese beauty standards are just f*cking crazy, not to mention their people even criticize the actors and actresses for having an inch of fat on their body, and calling them ugly when they're clearly not. To them, all the actors and actresses must LITERALLY look like they're straight out of a manhua, with a skinny body, fair skin, and have so-called beautiful facial features. Seriously, their f-ed up minds infuriate me.
Lusi has been criticized since her early days, and even now, when she's trying so hard to "look better" and change her image presumably to get cast in more diverse roles, people still criticize her so much. I hate seeing her getting skinnier drama after drama, and I just want her to be happy and healthy. Screw what haters say, man. They can go F themselves. I hope Lusi starts prioritizing herself and her health and block out all those hate comments.
Excited to see Tian Xi Wei again! Enjoyed her drama New Life Begins, but wasn't quite interested in her dramas after that. Tried Wrong Carriage but dropped after a few episodes. Hope this good as the plot sounds like a fun one.
