a post was made on X showing the schedule for upcoming dramas and weak hero is listed for February! it's second…
I wouldn't trust it because the picture with the schedule still has Melo Movie without a date, but we now know that's coming out in February, so it doesn't seem to be updated. We just gotta wait.
You scrolled past the "when" like three times on your way to the comment section.
On this page the date it airs is listed three times. You can see it on the poster, under "Details" and in the countdown which shows a calendar and how many days there are left until it starts airing.

He was the only one acting like an adult in that situation, actually. Airing your dirty laundry and private business on social media is immature and I'm glad he didn't take any part in it.
That is the point. Did you not watch any of the teasers or read about the drama?
He's younger than her and is only the boss due to nepotism as a third-generation chaebol and heir. The whole point is that he's young and has a childish alter ego ("Black Dragon") that he's trying to hide at work. His immaturity and trying to be a big boss will be one of the main sources of comedy (especially as the FL knows his secret).
Why y’all thinking every upcoming K-drama will be cringy?😭! Relax, it won't be like this!
It's also a somewhat funny thing to be worried about considering one of the things Korean dramas are *most* famous for, is being a bit cringy. And some of the most popular romcoms from Korea lean quite heavily on cringe comedy.
That's actually more than Netflix originals usually get.
It was the same for Gyeongseong Creature S1, I think. That wasn't announced as releasing in two parts (7 eps first then then last 3 two weeks later) until when the poster/teaser came out.
It's of course possible they will release it all at once; it's just that they've never done that before so I'm a bit skeptical.

I guess we'll see. They've never released that many episodes at once for a Korean original. Their main objective is to keep subscribers around, and if they split it, they make sure those subscribers stick around to watch the rest. If they want to do it, they won't care if a month is "full".

Knetz: “No, not like that! Age gap!!! Rookie!!!”
🤣
