I honestly wouldn’t be surprised, because YC already planted the seed of doubt in his mind, and Haneul pathetically…
Right, right. You and I basically have the same opinion here. I think the drama probably will focus on JW and SH, they're far more interesting. I even find myself skipping JW/HN scenes now.
Glad I'm not the only one who dislikes Ha-Neul lol
Exactly, SH is a far more interesting character. HN is *SUPPOSED* to be getting revenge for his father, but hasn't done a damn thing for that. HN is just... boring. Of course his acting is fine, but his character has nothing to do.
Funny how it's only a problem with female characters... lol
Oh okay, I see what you mean now! So it's more about the framing/presentation of the character rather than their actions/motivations? This I can agree with... I guess I should get started on this show. Like, I know that Ah-Jin is a sociopath because of her *past,* so obviously her trauma broke her (mentally.) Basically, a (slightly more) ruthless Ju Da-Hae from Queen of Ambition. Thank you for the explanation, makes things clearer now.
Though I think gender bias needs to be discussed more. It's a complex issue with multiple parts to blame, the audience, the writers, etc. Different outfit for a different day.
I do recommend the dramas I mentioned except for Escape of the Seven... it goes off a cliff really quickly. Lol

I feel like JW and SH are kinda the leads, if I'm being honest. I feel like they have more chemistry too! (Even if they ARE stepsiblings.) I'm rooting for them, and I'm happy I'm not the only one anymore... I hope SH finds out and still stays with JW after or doesn't care.
The preview could be misleading us lol but then again... some men ain't shit. 😂
Tell me you expected the JW/YC secret to come out now. Did you? Noooo 😂 I still think it's a 50/50 chance, either one could happen to me tbh. He *could* cheat as much as he could *not* cheat. None of us know for sure lol
Glad I'm not the only one who dislikes Ha-Neul lol
At this point, I'm gonna consider SH the ML and HN the 2nd ML. That's exactly the vibe I'm getting. HN is so self-righteous and annoying, I couldn't stand him from the first episode. Let JW do her thing and be villainous!

As far as I know, he wasn't cheating in Love To The End or Apgujeong Midnight Sun! (But he played supporting characters there, so...) His character is also much more serious here. This drama has been unpredictable so far, so it can easily subvert expectations. It's a 50/50 chance tbh! Lol

This reply is gonna be a bit long, so, under spoilers just in case.
Yeah, except the leads in *Artificial City* and Vincenzo were both anti-heroes... which I stated. And pointed out. I didn't compare Vincenzo to this drama, don't twist my words lol
If an FL did half the things that Vincenzo's ML did, she would be called a villain and dragged from Hell to back on here. That's the cold, hard truth. We both know it.
If we're talking about villains, Queen of Ambition and Temptation of an Angel had villain FLs, Penthouse had both + a villain ML (yes, it's Joo Dan-Tae lol), and Escape of the Seven did. As does Elegant Empire (older daily drama.) Guess who people rooted for more in those dramas... the MLs, the male characters, over the female ones/FLs. Usually, at least.
Especially with- for example- Bae Rona from Penthouse, who they basically only liked when she was in a relationship with Seok-Hoon... and she was a supporting character. (They both were.) Annoying, yes? But a genuinely awful person, compared to the others? 😭 Why was she apparently only tolerable in a relationship with a boy? Hmm...
Regardless, an ML can do horrible things and still gets defended. But an FL can't and is automatically the worst person ever. I've seen this happen too many times and too often. Even a morally grey FL gets trashed. Why can't things change now? Why can't people root for grey or villain FLs the way people do with MLs, like FLs (good or not) in general haven't been getting bashed for everything for YEARS? It's annoying, especially since a LOT of k-drama fans are girls/women themselves.
Holy shit, the drama threw us a curveball in those last scenes! I didn't even expect that!!!
I have no idea where the story's going now, but I'm here for it... that preview is insane. Oh my goodness, I can't wait to see what's gonna happen next!
How will JW fight back from this? What's SH planning to do? What's Chairman Two-Face gonna do now that he knows about the swap??? WTF?!
The highlight of the episode was definitely Gangsta Mama and Fashion Ajumma's hair pulling fight 😂 Nan-Suk really said, "Hold my purse for me!" She's my fave lmaoooo

Also, I already don't care about Hong Da-Mi...
