Actually, you SHOULD have a missing person's face on those posters, in order to make it easier for someone to identify them. The police also (usually) asks for a description for a missing person, so I'm not sure what you mean lol

Not all dramas do that. Sometimes the FL has short hair and she grows it out. Or wavy hair is straightened and vice versa.

I don't know, but they do have the episodes on Kocowa.
Either that, or the subs uploading is slow as hell. There was a time in November (towards the end of Snow White's Revenge/Scandal) where k-dramas weren't being subbed AT ALL. Likely because of holidays, but it lasted about a week or so.
