The fact that Sun-Jae really poisoned Seol-Hee & the baby is WIIIIILDDDDD! Maybe Miso is his daughter, maybe she isn't. But I genuinely don't think that Se-Ri and Miso are related, it doesn't seem like Sun-Jae has known Kyung-Chae for too long (and I think KC is SR's bio mom.) SR's father is a different man... maybe a one-night-stand. Or a brief affair.
