I actually HATED Hye-Soo, but her glow-up was nice to see. I prefered Kim Kyu-Sun in Snow White's Revenge, she was awesome as an antagonist there.
Ma Hyun-Deok's actress is a LEGEND. I've usually enjoyed her dramas. Se-Young... poor girl. I did like her a bit. But Yu-Kyung is my fav, I like her husband too.
Oh Chang-Seok is a GREAT villain. He was a villain in Defendant too, so check that out. I don't really have an opinion on In-Ha lol but he was VERY stiff.

Actually, if we wanna get technical, Temptation of Wife started this whole thing. Makjang dramas (though Penthouse isn't even really a makjang, it just has elements of it) have been around for decades.
This season of Penthouse was trash, though. So yeah. Also, I liked the plot here more than I do with Sky Castle. (I prefer The World of the Married tbh)
