Title Climax Spoiler
I have SO MANY thoughts right now. Between Jung-Won and Tae-Seop whooping ass together, Sang-Ah being bisexual (well, sapphic somehow), that INSANE TWIST at the end of the episode... goddamn! This drama went to good to "holy shit that was amazing!" for me!

Also, I see that my theories about Sang-Ah were mostly correct. Part of me does think that she's the chairman's illegitimate daughter, too. And as for Kwang-Jae's death... yeah, Sang-Ah did that shit and I'm on her side, completely. He deserved to die. BUT there's more to the story, for sure. Episode 3 was incredible, a lot of questions have been answered, and I'm officially hooked.

One more thing: The way some of y'all are talking about Sang-Ah vs, Tae-Seop is... interesting. So Tae-Seop essentially stalks her wherever she goes (she's keeping secrets, but so is HE), and it's cool and all, yippee, we root for him! But Sang-Ah being emotional (she CLEARLY has some sort of PTSD/trauma from being sex trafficked) and keeping secrets is... the worst thing ever? ๐Ÿคจ Please help me understand. They're both pretty awful people to me. ๐Ÿ’€ And I love it & hate it...

The reaction to Sang-Ah's involvement in Kwang-Jae's death also reminds me of the reaction to Min Seol-Ah's real killer in Penthouse. The way that people spent the entire rest of the show in complete denial- even after the author confirmed it- was both hilarious (and irritating) to see. ๐Ÿ˜ญ

And one last question: Who's the protagonist of this drama? Is it Tae-Seop? Sang-Ah? Both of them?

She could've been imagining the murder and still done it... in the past. I do not think she's innocent at all…
With all these hints that they're dropping, I do think that she did it, but yes, there's definitely more to the story.

Also, did Tae-Sup, like... not kill a guy in today's episode, too? ๐Ÿ˜ญ In addition to basically stalking his wife and people are hyping him up?

EDIT: He TRIED TO. Still bad, though.

I said it last week and I say it again - I think Sang-ah is the Chairman's illegitimate daughter. Today's episode…
That scene they had in the car makes me think that, too. I don't think Yang-Mi knows...

You, Spirit, I like you ๐Ÿ˜ˆ lol I love a smart villain MC too. Like Baek Ki-Tae in Made In Korea!

I don't understand why some k-drama fans are so averse to FLs who aren't pushover sweethearts that act like 5 year olds... a morally grey FL is very unconventional. A villain one is even more fun! (But again I like villain protagonists, so... ๐Ÿ’€)

I don't remember her in The Glory ๐Ÿค” but this seems like a performance issue (in the context of Climax.) I agree that her acting is very jarring (again, OTT) here. But directing plays a role too. She was the protagonist/FL in The Queen Who Crowns.

After ep 3 iam very much convinced chu sang ah is not the morally grey evil character that everyone else is trying…
She is morally grey but she's not evil. There's nothing with her being morally grey, everyone in this drama is.

ep 15...Chloe arrives and Yuna is already sweating lmaooo she's very bad at this villain thing. Chloe coming for…
I do not remember that lol but I'm gonna give Fatal Promise a second chance in the future too!

I was watching Eve's Love on Asiaflix!

YES! Also Yoon So-Yi is a great actress too. On the topic of Angel's Revenge, from what you remember, was it good? I know it was one of the first KBS2 revenge dailies (after Ruby Ring?) ๐Ÿค” I left off on episode 20.

You're gonna LOVE Queen of Ambition (I hope...) and Return too! I wasn't too crazy about the ML in Return but the FL- keep an eye out for her (both versions of her character, but the 2nd one mainly.) ๐Ÿ‘€

If you love this drama a, you love misogyny stereotype . There's no valid explanation why they make Jae yi hair…
K-dramas can be and are misogynistic as hell, but hairstyles have nothing to do with that lol

Also k-drama fans can be misogynistic too. Which is low-key what YOU'RE doing. ๐Ÿ’€

What? WHAT? So far this is the best KD. wow! Like it or not? Dumb belle? Gay? ๐Ÿ˜‚ Noodle? Be patience, she can't…
The synopsis said that Dan-Hee and Jin-Ju/Chloe would work together... let's hope they team up to take down the villains. Fingers crossed...

It'll be revealed soon. This is not the type of drama where we get instant reveals... at least not right now.
You're welcome! There are definitely some missing details and it's confusing! But with this being a suspense/mystery-thriller & political drama, everything's gonna add up soon enough!

Precisely. All of the characters are one-dimensional, except for the FL, who HAS potential but is being held back for some bizarre reason. They can easily make her an anti-heroine. It's sad...

You're welcome!

Yeah, I'm definitely getting back into First Man soon! Probably next week. And I agree on the whole MBC/KBS dailies thing, I tend to drop/abandon MBC dailies for KBS or SBS ones.

The plot twist with the ML? I don't remember if I ever actually finished it. Hated both MLs in Fatal Promise, though, tbh. The main one couldn't act and the 2nd one was overdramatic as hell lol

I lovedddd Secret House. I think almost of all the dramas I'm currently watching right now are non-dailies, am I losing my touch?! ๐Ÿ˜ญ Lemme lock back in...

For daily dramas my line-up is...
Angel's Revenge - very promising right now.
A Place In The Sun - on-hold for now, but I loved the first few episodes. Plus, HELL YES to a morally grey FL!
Witch's Game - I plan to rewatch this one but I have no clue how to... I was 60 episodes in when I dropped it lol, I guess I'll just pick it up from there?
Gold Mask - might give it a second chance, just like you!
Eve's Love - another MBC daily drama, it's solid so far... ๐Ÿค”

I might watch The Innocent Man, it sounds so interesting! I'm also gonna check out The Thorn Birds too! I just finished Return which I highly recommend. 10/10 (and the FL here, Park Jin-Hee, was also the [recasted] FL in Return.)
