Honestly? Queen's House starts off slow, but the revenge arc is AMAZING. This one has much better pacing and the beginning pretty much sets everything up. Plus there's always crazy twists (it was like that in Queen's House, but this one is especially unhinged.)

Also, if I had to pick between the FLs alone, I prefer Cha Jung-Won to Kang Jae-In. Jung-Won took (and still takes) ZERO BS.

Ironically I see Se-Hun ending up in prison! 😂

They're good actors to me (the ML has been in other dramas where he's been praised, same with the FL, and I like her), they just lack chemistry with each other... in my opinion.

Dude has constantly failed upwards. I don't see Se-Hun doing it or succeeding. I think it's more likely for Hye-Ra's death to be a sacrifice of some kind, then Tae-Seok also dies somehow? He could end himself??? No clue.

I highly recommend Queen's House for sure! Also, Secrets and Lies is unique in the fact that it has an FL who's the villain, not a good girl. First Man, I've only been watching the important episodes lol

Umm... I thought you liked Mi-hyang? I'm pretty sure I remember you saying that lol I'm not a fan of her storyline with Manager Hwang, though. Secretary Gu is the GOAT! Him, Nan-Suk, Chef Hong/Grandma, and Jung-Won are my faves. Also, I have to admit that Hye-Ra is growing on me... just a bit 😂
