Every single k-drama in the universe has to be the standard "romance, rich super cold and mean 😡 boy (my oppar saranghae that I'm gonna randomly hate the FL for cuz I wanna live vicariously through her instead, yaaasssss 🥰) + poor quirky basic girl, black & white, love confession in ep 10 😍 with random amnesia, the WTOD and some jealous side girl plus a random ass love triangle and then a happy ending with babies!!!" k-drama, of course! No such thing as ambiguous characters, other genres, tragic, sad, or open/cliffhanger endings, the main characters not having plot armor- none of that exists! What's a villain protagonist? Morally grey? Where's my cute ramen eating FL that I'm gonna bash for being "too nice" anyway?! ALL OF MY K-DRAMAS *MUST BE THE SAME* NO MATTER WHAT!

She's an amazing actress. She was great in Left-Handed Wife and The Secret House too!

I wonder how this will go: will something happen to Oh Jang-Mi and Ma Seo-Rin will pretend to be her for revenge, similar to Wife Returns where the rich twin Jung Yoo-Kyung pretended to be the poor twin Jung Yoo-Hee to get revenge? (Currently watching this drama and I LOVE IT! Yoo-Kyung is an amazing FL, she's ruthless and intelligent!)
Or will something happen to Ma Seo-Rin and Oh Jang-Mi will pretend to be her for revenge, similar to Good For You when Min Ji-Soo (poor twin) pretended to be Min Ji-Won (rich twin) for revenge? 🤔 (An older MBC daily drama, have not watched this one yet.)

Some FLs are villains though- even WORSE than the other characters! I recommend Secrets and Lies if you want a true villainous FL... this reminds me, I should make a list of morally grey/anti-heroine FLs too.

Some dramas have definitely killed off their FLs before. Anything's possible in a daily drama lol

I get that and I agree. Compared to Young-Chae, though, she's not purely evil (neither is Young-Chae herself, she just has an awful mom.) The real villains here are Tae-Seok, Nan-Suk, and Hye-Ra.

I've been rewatching clips/episodes, and if you just choose to view fake Ruby/real Luna as the (villain) protagonist, it makes the drama so much easier to enjoy. 😂 Because it was straight NONSENSE for 90% of it!

They will air the last 2 episodes on Friday. Almost all daily dramas end on a Friday and rarely ever a Monday (I think it's only happened once with a KBS2 daily drama.) A few dailies have been cancelled too, so that doesn't count.

I just finished episode 3 and... WOW!!!!! What a wild ride!

Ah-Jin pulled ALL THAT SHIT OFF to get away from her dad?! (Bae Soo-Bin did an incredible job playing him, btw. I love this actor.) She (apparently) hired someone to be her stalker, manipulated him, manipulated the ex-baseball player (forgot his name), put Jun-Seo in jail, and KILLED SUN-KYU!!!! *ALL IN ONE EPISODE!!!!* Dear X is definitely gonna end up being one of my favorite k-dramas. Kim Yoo-Jung? AMAZING actress. Instant favorite of mine. That ending was insane. I'm still trying to process everything.

She's a very complicated character! Action wise it's hard to *truly* define her 😅 she's villainous but also has boundaries or certain lines she won't cross (at least where I'm at in the drama. She's absolutely not a heroine, though.)

Penthouse was so good! Dear X might also end up being one of my favorite k-dramas of all time.
