Yes, Babe is OUT there making us droll even more! Way.... I was shipping him in the first episode with Babe but…
No no no, Babe is OUT there doing nothing to make me like him at all. At least Way is interesting to follow. He is ONTO Charlie. And he's handsome and cute and he can do nothing wrong.
Ok I read some comments and I am really surprised 😂😂😂 I might be reading it wrong but it's pretty easy…
But let's not forget that experimental/satire/artsy/purposeful extravagance can still be bad. Writing Playboyy off like that sounds more like a possible excuse for its garbage than anything.
And hey, you can like what you like, of course. I watch Playboyy as if it's an unintended comedy. If all you meant by your comment was to explain your interpretation, then I apologize, but your first two sentences imply you think you know the director's intentions better than others.
But unless they come out and say straight up that all of Playboyy is a facade and it's not to be taken serious/literal, then even your viewpoint is just a subjective observation, like mine is too and the same goes for people who do take this series as a serious attempt by the director to create something good.
Lol. Off cracks me up.Him acting like a robot to conserve energy is the most unhinged act in ep 1
Usually this type of comedy isn't for me but somehow OffGun make it work. Or that's just my bias speaking again, I don't know, nor do I actually care 😳
Also I watched the cut version first and then skipped through the uncut one on a site that shan't be mentioned (because I didn't realize there were two versions lmao) and... I gotta say, the uncut version adds a lot of extra adorableness and characterizations to both main leads.
Since you posted this here, am I correct in assuming you believe Pit Babe to be a top tier show? Also, since when…
Definitely happens to me too! Seriously though, don't take my confronting as anything but me simply being curious. It's got nothing to do with you personally!
And also, you can rate shows whenever you'd want, so there are a lot of us who rate based on first impressions and perhaps change our ratings as a series continues airing. Which is why you should never take the overall rating seriously unless the entire series has fully aired haha

Hey, don't worry about it! ❤ I'm just glad to have a civil conversation about these things here for once, since usually it goes out of hand pretty fast.
It's a little bit of a pet peeve of mine when people comment about being surprised in a way about a series' low or high rating, unless it's in obvious good fun. Same with calling something "over rated" or "under rated" and using that as arguments.

Then why did you comment it here and not on one of the so-called top tier shows?? Others will also assume you're talking about Pit Babe for obvious reasons, just saying.
I mean, you weren't talking about *impossibly* high expectations, though. Obviously if you go into watching a series expecting it to be the second coming of Christ, you'll always be disappointed. You're not gonna be ever able to control how people rate shows or how they set their expectations. I'd recommend live and let live, cause don't you think there are tons of people disagreeing with your ratings?
It's impossible to not have expectations anyway, high or low, and it's also impossible to see eye to eye on what is even deemed a "high expectation". Your high expectations might be my default ones.
Some of the most top tier shows are coming our and the amount of hate they are receiving is ridiculous. People…

Also, since when are high expectations a bad reason for disliking a series? It just shows that we, as an audience, have trust in these directors and their pilots/trailers, and if someone thinks they didn't deliver... what else are they supposed to do?

Or so I thought. Given your reaction to all this I'm not so sure anymore!
Since Ten says that they only just met too haha
