Which episode are you? Because it's getting worse the more you watch. Tbh, I was really worried about Seo Yeji in some scenes because the mental and emotional abuse of her character was too much.

Guys, Machida and Eiji have such great chemistry on screen that I'm not sure I can see them with other girls in…
It's ok! I get where you are coming from. I used to be like this years ago but as time passes it's easier to make the separation of actors =/= characters. Also, we are still under the "Cherry Magic" spell, so for some dedicated fans it will not be easy at first to see them with FLs (in case these fans decide to follow and support their careers). Personally, I am glad that as actors they take this professionally, do their job well, fans love it and we all have a good time. And as others said, I am mostly interested in them as actors and their diversity to perform different roles. I love that and I can imagine how excited it must be for them to perform as new characters :)

I will check "Alice in Bonderland" mostly because the plot is interesting and bc watching it on Netflix is easy. Machida being there is surely a bonus and I am excited to see how diverse of an actor he is. I don't really follow actors around in different projects tbh besides one exception: Seo Yeji, the actress of "Save Me", IOTNBO and "Lawless Lawyer". I have a celebrity crush on her, sue me lol But anyways, it's ok to feel this way but after "Cherry Magic" ends, the feelings will change. Just enjoy the ride while it lasts!

They seem like 99.0% sure it will happen. Maybe the summary from the JPN magazine is heavily hitting at it.

Worst thing is that Tsuge is likely gonna be touching Adachi (on the shoulder from what I saw on promo pictures)…
Poor Kuro ;o; Getting excited for the date only for another guy to steal your man. But it makes me wonder: Adachi and Tsuge can mind read through touching which means that they can have conversations with each other on their heads without talking. It's funny to picture it xD

i think it would be nice to have this timeline in the discussion part, since it gives a detailed timeline of the…
I was actually thinking about doing that since it will get lots in the comments section later on and it's better to have it somewhere more secure. You are welcome!
Edit: I will do it after our marathon on Wednesday. It seems like if I make a topic on the discussion part, it will hide the other one about the marathon and I don't want that, so I will wait :)

Just wanna say again how much I appreciate Fujisakis character in the drama. She's the perfect example of just…
I love her! She is simple, good at her work, considerate, kind and can tease people she feels comfortable with. I am glad the writers didn't use her as a love rival for Kurosawa, both deserve better than that and female characters in BL do deserve more than being reduced to the sneaky, "evil" girl who tries to get the guy. We need more female characters like her in BL stories. It's good to see a friendship between a man and a woman but even more so to see a woman that doesn't conform to the pressure of society and family to get married and have kids. Some people don't want to do that and it's totally fine, everyone has their own plans for life and do what makes them happy. I hope we get to see more of her again in the upcoming episodes. Rokkaku got more attention and while I don't dislike him, I need my dose of Fujisaki-san!

I completed the "Cherry Magic Timeline". It didn't take me long, it was fun to do and I felt productive after a long time lol. Without further undo, here is the Cherry Magic timeline of events:

Info:
Episodes 1 – 7 take place during the month of October. We can prove that by:
• Adachi’s calendar on the wall
• The time-skips are 3 weeks in total
• Kurosawa mentioned “October 28th” in episode 6

Episode 1:
• The series start on September 30th.
• Adachi’s birthday is next day, October 1st (Libra? No way). He gets mind reading powers.
• One-week timeskip: it’s October 8th. Adachi learns of Kurosawa’s feelings for him.

Episode 2:
• October 8th: Adachi sleeps over at Kurosawa’s house.
• October 9th: They have breakfast together. Later that day Adachi meets with Tsuge.
• October 10th: Kurosawa stands up for Adachi. Adachi can’t follow Tsuge’s advice and ignore Kurosawa anymore, so he rushes to invite him over for dinner.

Episode 3:
• October 10th: Adachi and Kurosawa’s dinner is interrupted by Rokkaku. They are instead invited over for a dinner with their coworkers. Almost kiss happens between Adachi and Kurosawa.

Episode 4:
• October 10th: Tsuge and Rokkaku interrupt the kiss. It is also Tsuge’s birthday.
• October 25th: 2 weeks timeskip. Adachi is avoiding Kurosawa. Adachi spends time with Fujisaki. Kurosawa arrives to save the day (lol). Adachi learns of Kurosawa’s insecurities regarding how to go around and help Adachi without burdening him. Adachi decides to help Kurosawa with a client.

Episode 5:
• October 25th: Kurosawa thanks Adachi for his help with the client. Adachi is very happy.
• October 26th: Adachi spends time with Rokkaku. They see Kurosawa with an unknown woman after work; Rokkaku says that she is probably Kurosawa’s ex. Adachi gets sad and dramatically walks away in the rain. He has a nightmare of Kurosawa having an intimate moment with that woman.
• October 27th: Adachi gets sick. He goes to work but is still sad over what happened yesterday. Kurosawa sees that he is not well and tries to help. Adachi gets angry (bc he is jealous) and almost faints but Kurosawa princess carries him (aww). They get on a taxi; unknown woman arrives and takes control.

Episode 6:
• October 27th: Adachi learns that the unknown woman is actually Kurosawa’s Onee-san! Him and Kurosawa go back to Adachi’s apartment since Alpha onee-san wants to take Kurosawa’s apartment for a while. Kurosawa spends the night taking care of Adachi.
• October 28th: Adachi invites Kurosawa to stay over till onee-san leaves his apartment. But Kurosawa’s “sweet life” fantasies scare Adachi and thus he is trying to avoid Kurosawa at work and going back home together. Rokkaku saves Adachi by inviting himself over for a boys night at Adachi’s house. Kurosawa gets sad, jealous and realizes that being near Adachi is getting harder for him to control his feelings.
• October 29th: Kurosawa has already left Adachi’s house. They talk through messages to go back together. As they go towards the station, the atmosphere is awkward. Kurosawa finally confesses that he likes Adachi.

Episode 7:
• October 29th: Kurosawa talks more about his feelings; tries to touch Adachi’s cheek but Adachi drops his face. Kurosawa takes that as a rejection and tells Adachi to forget about everything and next time they meet, everything will be back to normal. As he leaves, we see him struggling to hold back tears.
• October 30th: Kurosawa’s pov. We see his issues with the objectification he goes through at work and in his relationships. Flashback to a business dinner, 7 years ago (2013), where the client sexually harasses him, and his bosses talk behind his back. Adachi’s kind words about his work and looking vulnerable for the first time, catch Kurosawa off guard and his heart is starting to beat fast. He narrates how easy it was for him to start developing feelings for Adachi since then. We go back to the present (2020): Kurosawa says how he knew that one day he should leave these feelings behind. Meanwhile, Adachi comes to realize that he has liked Kurosawa for a while now. After work, he runs to find Kurosawa and confesses. They hug and walk back to the station, where Kurosawa flirts back with Adachi as the later proposed to go eat dinner.

I may be wrong by one day in the early episodes due to the timeskips but I think I got everything covered. If anyone finds any mistakes, please do say so and I can correct it :)

Yes that'd be great to read :D it'd be good to have some written records of events in past episodes. We've only…
Adachi's "Ehh?!" is precious, of course we need a record of it. I will start working on it tomorrow since it's been bugging me for a while now.

I am thinking of writing the timeline so far aka how much time has passed from episode 1 till episode 7, the timeskips, dates etc. I have a first draft of it on my mind already so I just need to sit down and write it lol Don't mind me, I just like to have stuff in an organised way and it's something to pass time since I have nothing else to do.

I would like to answer if you don't mind! For your first point: It was on purpose we were not allowed to hear Kurosawa's…
I am not sure I get your first paragraph. So far Adachi has read the thoughts (and we heard them) of all the people he has touched, accidentally or intentionally. There is no need for him to go around and touch everyone, only these characters that the writers feel will be important for the plot.

As for the rest: I get where you are coming from, but I also think it's good to wait and see where it will lead. I am one of the fans who would like to see a kiss between them but it's not a deal breaker for me. It's up to the person how they enjoy a fictional story. I am fine without seeing any sexual thoughts or acts by them, it's fine they way they are. I am sure Kurosawa entertains such thoughts but we haven't heard them (yet?) or the writers are trying to make it more friendly to the viewers; if I am not mistaken Japanese tv series are not known for their NSFW scenes, it's not something they include in their romances.

But to be honest, them having sex or not, is not a big issue for me. As long as they can convince me that they love each other, I am fine. Of course I get why this could come as homophobic to some viewers but so far, to me it doesn't come that way.
