Ok so quite a few people think Tusge is a pedophile and here I am wondering how they came to that conclusion.…
I really wish people would stop throwing the word pedophilia in every pairing they don't like. It's such a serious and traumatic event for the victims, that there is no need to use that word for fictional pairings that are not to your taste.
I get if some fans don't like age gaps, power imbalances etc. That's up to each individual and I think social media allows you to control what you see in a good extend. So, if there is smth that makes you uncomfortable, simple mute or block.
Personally, I like age gap pairings or those who have power imbalance. It's fiction and I want to explore stuff, simple as that. I don't condone actions that can hurt people in real life but with fiction, I just want to see how it goes (eg, I love Hannibal/Will, it is sust a twisted and dark relationship that I would stay the hell away in real life but in a fictional story is sooo good lol).
Anyways, this is a wave of fans that started a few years ago when tumblr "closed down" and migrated on twitter. I see such takes almost every day and I am getting tired. Fans always shout and defend fictional characters but I am sure they do nothing about irl victims of pedophilia and abuse *end rant*.

Thank you! I'm starting to get a bit irritated by people upset at Adachi's reactions. When he invited Kurosawa…
You worded it way better than me, thank you! It will take some time for Adachi to adjust to Kurosawa's fantasies, something that Kurosawa can't help himself with since he has been in love for 7 years now. Anyone who has liked/loved someone else in their lives, knows that fantasizing is part of the emotions but since they are so private, we don't talk about them. Just let them be. Adachi likes Kurosawa and he will show it soon ;)

I always appreciate reading supportive comments towards Adachis character. Thank you for sharing ^^
You are welcome! But really, I get if some fans are frustrated but the thing is, that there is a "miscommunication" between them because Adachi is reacting to Kurosawa's thoughts too, which is something very personal and private, without Kurosawa knowing. Of course Adachi is not doing it on purpose, as all the instances in this episode were by accident, so his anxiety about fulfilling Kurosawa's "sweet life" and whatever that entails, is big. I think we should give him a break and even put ourselves in his position. There is a lot to think about what would happen if Adachi didn't have mind reading abilities, because he is half responsible for the progression of the relationship between him and Kurosawa due to that power.

Phew, what a heavy episode. I am not sure from where to start and finish. I just want to say that I cried again (lol) and I am crossing my fingers for a happy ending.

One of the best episodes so far. Machida stole the spotlight, his portrayal of Kurosawa really shined and he is indeed, along with Akaso, one of the best actors I have seen in a while.

All of his expressions were on point, especially the last one when he confessed: you could see how he couldn't reply to Adachi while leaving the company, so when Adachi brought up the relationship comment, he decided to say some stuff. But the shaking breath he took before confessing, his teary eyes, all the braveness, were on his face. It was about to happen because getting closer to Adachi would make it more difficult to control his feelings.

As for Adachi: I get if some fans don't like his "cold and hot attitude" or the mixed signals he is giving. The truth is, someone like Adachi is hard to change from one day to another: he is shy and an introvert, has low self confidence, has no idea how to navigate a potential relationship, hasn't accepted and confirmed to himself that he likes Kurosawa romantically and yes, Kurosawa's very upfront fantasies do scare him. He had no problem letting Kurosawa stay over or later go together back home, but Kurosawa's "sweet life" images were too much for Adachi in the stage he is in. I am sure when he will confess, the change will be more apparent and instead of being scared/anxious, he will get embarrassed.

Flashback episode next week! The anticipation is too big as we are reaching the climax of the story.

I've seen the word 'misogyny' in almost every comment. I get that the statement about the period thing rubs people…
Yes, some women do act a certain way during their period and most of the time is not cute or beautiful. Our bodies are having a kind of rebellion and for some of us, it's something we don't like and we wish it wouldn't affect us this much.

Thing is that men use this reaction to downplay women's rationality and excuse their misogynist comments many times. I have come across it both in my uni studies and in my work, and really, it feels awful to have your male coworkers make fun of your not smiling face, moody feelings and eating too much.

If other women don't mind the comment, that's on them. We all have different reactions to stuff that can come across as insensitive. But also, allow the rest of us who feel offended be able to express it. It's not that hard.

WOOOOOW ok I missed this!! Thats way longer than the manga version, right?
Yeah. Tbh it kinda makes me question how can someone have a crush for so long because let's be real, most people will move forward by the 2nd-3rd year if nothing happens. But I don't want to judge people about their feelings because Kurosawa's situation can definitely happen but I think it's super rare. The fact that he only got to confess because it became "too real" lately, tells me that Kurosawa is not as confident as we think and far too sensitive.
