I have heard of it multiple times, tho I've yet to watch the movie. I'd say South Korea has had one of the more progressive runs with the queer-themes in their movies, some of the stuff they made in 2008-2009 really shocked me like I didn't expect it from them! They have definitely taken a backseat now, but I wish they'd start making movies/shows like that again. But now that you mentioned this I'll finally add it to my watchlist, thanks. And ofc I'm not trusting what the people are saying about it on this site.

I agree! Tbh I personally always rate it based on how much I liked the show, but all that you mentioned is also important and I do feel we need to appreciate the effort they have put into making the series itself. I have seen people on this platform hype shows or movies up like crazy just coz their favs are in it and that's infuriating to me, that's also why sometimes the ratings here don't reflect how good/bad they actually are.

I'd say they dramatized the whole thing, too many bad guys and not enough revenge/redemption. On another note I'd recommend you watch Mr. Fanboy, it portrays the entertainment industry in Thailand in a more realistic way.

I LOVED THAT INTRO! Its so different yet suits the tone of the series at the same time! I've already rewatched it 4 times even tho its just music and beats lol. As for the episode I can kind of understand the perspective of all the characters, even tho some of them are more evil than the others, but the one who is pmo the most is probably Nine's manager, I can tell she's gonna be a b*itch. I can't think how someone can be faced with Wan's innocence and still act that way, and seems like its only gonna get worse.
