And I'm being hella optimistic, but what in the actual F?! You know how sometimes, they show a scene which just has to be a dream sequence? Yeah. They forgot to say sike.
Let's go with positives:
1. I like the songs! Not enough to look them up, but they were a nice distractions from the boring semi-plot.
2. The preachy parts didn't feel as preachy as they usually do. Maybe because everything was just so ridiculous, I could see it fit quite well. Might even catch feelings once or twice.
3. Song-Ve. They were cute together. And even had some development.
Point 4 would be something like "good visuals" or "attractive actors", but really. This is a BL. Thai BL. If anything, they always manage to bring in pretty faces.
As for the negatives...phew. We don't want to go there. Let's just say it's boring. Cringe. Occasionally uncomfortable. Way, way too long. It didn't make me FF, but I seriously considered it. A lot. Truly, there's really no incentive to start this over any of the other boring, no-plot BLs of late.
Episode 7 was a pure fluff (sans the last 5 minutes), which meant they had a lot to wrap up in part 8. And did they? Kinda. I'm glad they left things more half-resolved, rather than trying to finish up everything. Some points were still rushed, but it was handled well enough for me. And frankly, plot was never the main appeal of this show 💙

They basically used the same excuse they did when they moved from 2M1 cast to 2M2. But then it was God Itthipat Thanit who "couldn't continue" in his role and CCDM who prevented them from extending the contracts (most, if not all actors weren't even signed under CCDM at that time 🙃)
