Hi, thank you for your comment. My advice is that you have to wait and watch it properly. It will be more confusing.…
Thank you so much. My first question is, does she inhabit that other girl's body but retain her own memories? But the two guys are different guys than in her present time line?
I enjoyed your review. I'm actually only on episode 2 and am completely lost. I'm thinking I need to make a flow chart or something to follow. I'm having a couple of issues with the FL (the writing, I guess) she loved him so deeply and can't get over him, yet she was leaving for a year at the beginning of the show. At this point I'm not seeing love, just survivor's guilt.
Yes & he always had the same facial expression for the most part.
I think that was how his character was to be portrayed. When he smiles it’s just beautiful. There is another actor (that used to be an idol) whose expression seriously never changes but that doesn’t bother me that much if the script is good.
I’m only partially through with drama, and this far I’ve been impressed by him. I think he’s doing a good job of “Fear of people”, for lack of a better word. He’s portraying guilt for the girlfriend he lost, and doesn’t feel that he can trust anyone.
Can you tell me about FL's chronic illness? will it be cured or not?
Someone posted that she has Lupus. It's a long-term, chronic autoimmune disorder. My favorite comment was from someone that kept repeating "But he's a doctor!" This is a stupid reason to avoid a relationship, ESPECIALLY if he's a doctor.
Great review. Thank you for including that you haven't watched the original - based on the comments, it looks like reviews should be divided between those that have seen Some Day or One Day, and those that haven't. Those that have seen the original seem unable to review this drama based on its own merits. Also, thank you for your comparison to Inception. That is a show that confused me no end, but I still enjoyed it. I am anxious to watch A Time Called You, hoping that at the end I can understand what happened!
Just dropping in to give props to all the dedicated viewers that, even though they were not liking this drama, stuck it out for the 50 (really!?!) episodes. I have totally enjoyed reading the comments, and your thoughts have convinced me to run in the other direction to avoid watching this. Thank you for saving me!
I haven't watched either the original or this one, but it's dissappointing to see fans of both rating both series…
I agree with you. I have looking for Some Day or One Day and I'm not having luck watching it. I did find it on some random platform but the actual drama would never open. Everyone in the world seems to have loved it. I was hoping that Netflix would add it when they released this version, but no such luck.
Thank you for your review. It's sad that we have to apologize to everyone when we write reviews just to avoid arguments, isn't it? It is your opinion, and you gave valid reasons for your opinions, which I appreciate. Reviews are only helpful to me if they are honest, otherwise, why waste time writing them/reading them? Have a great day!
