I also have similar thoughts on this one.. the mistery from the first life doesn't actually look like a mistery…
Unfortunately, the quick endings seem to be a big thing or Korean dramas, and their new "go to" is to leave a lot of open plot points. To get people to talk about it? To pave the way in case they can do a second season? I don't know what the reasoning is, but it's irritating. The leads are also what brought me to this drama.
Was a mess but doesn't deserve a 4.0 maybe 6-7 4 means it's one of the worst kdrama out there ... i've watched…
Each person has their own number rating. For me 5-7 usually means "middle of the road", not great, but not terrible. It was less than "middle of the road" worthy for me. Often, I can watch a drama and not love it, but still be okay once I've finished it. For this one, I was irritated at the characters, and was really disgusted that I had wasted my time on it.
Thank you for your review. I'm more than halfway finished with the show and your thoughts are correct, as far as I'm concerned. FL is so extra that I can't even imagine why he falls in love with her. Too stalkerish for me. I am enjoying the second couple, he's so supportive of her, and currently he's in love by himself. It's sweet to watch. I didn't know it was the same author as Hidden Love, which I loved.
I think that most C-dramas could be cut by half and they would be even better because of better editing. If you liked Yang Yang, give You are My Glory a try. It's 32 episodes and I fast forwarded through a LOT of it because an inordinate amount of time was spent on gaming and space exploration (apparently, gaming is a Chinese drama go-to). So, I probably watched about half of it, but it was lovely! This was a drama that showed a great relationship between the leads, they weren't separated for most of the show, and there weren't tons to stupid misunderstandings. I'll be honest, I'd probably tune in to Yang Yang reading the phone book.
Your review was great. I'm in agreement with you, I don't like the trend of adding additional seasons. It feels to me like they either 1) want more money because the first season did well; or 2) can't come up with an original idea.
He really need someone who can match up to his powerful aura. Have watched many of his dramas and the only FL…
You hit the nail right on the head. He is so charismatic, and he needs a strong female to play opposite him. I have loved him in everything I've seen him in - he always looks like he's on a different plane than the actors he plays opposite. These articles are always so amusing - writing like it's a done deal, and then saying that they are considering the part. He hasn't even definitely decided yet!

Great review! I'm with you, Ji Sung is wonderful. Also, the female lead was really over the top in a lot of this show, trying to make it comedy where is shouldn't have been, and her yelling, wow.
Y'all seem to know so much. Can someone tell me why Netflix sometimes drops all episodes at the same time, and why sometimes they show the shows one at a time? I'm waiting for this one to be completely released before starting it, and I'm starting to chomp at the bit!
Oh my gosh, thank you for this review!! I tend to watch K-dramas for the romance, and more often than not, I'm disappointed. Especially historical dramas, they usually focus on power plays, palace intrigues and the like. I especially hate when "Romance" is one of the first tags, but the romance itself isn't prevalent and well fleshed out. I don't watch a lot of historical dramas because they tend toward melodrama and tragedy, which I don't care for. I was thinking about giving this one a try (after it's completely finished and released), but you have saved me time and disappointment!
I really enjoyed your review, especially the last paragraph. You have clearly given a lot of thought to this while you watched Moving. I hope, once the show has been completely released, that you will write a "completed" review or an amendment to this one. I'd like to read your comments of the show as a whole. Since it's not on a platform that I have, I don't currently have it on my watch list, but maybe in the future I might want to track it down to watch it. Again, thank you for your thoughtful review.
Great review. "Antagonist without having to backstab for a love interest." I get SO tired of the evil ex-girlfriend or wanna-be girlfriend that is willing to do anything to get the guy. Like those terrible behaviors would get him to like her?? I may need to check this show out!
