Oh wow, do you know why Netflix deleted the scene? I had no idea until just now.
Ohhh, I do remember seeing an article about that briefly! Didn't know they actually took out the scene due to the controversy. Thank you both for your answers :)
I get why people are confused by Vincenzo walking Cha-Young out when he could have helped Han-seo, but with the…
It really is so frustrating how people easily disregard Cha Young (and other female characters). I love Han Seo and was rooting for his redemption arc this whole time, but how do people expect Vincenzo to choose him, a recent enemy, over someone he's been through hell and back with (and arguably the woman he loves!) Like, alright let's put you in a highly stressful situation and make you pick from a loved one and a new friend who you've only started trusting. They blame the writer for creating an illogical scene, but their line of thinking is what's unreasonable here. I do wish Vincenzo had come with a gun, but again, his lack of preparation could be explained by how shocking getting Cha Young's jewelry covered in blood was. We also can't forget he only recently lost his mother...he's probably even more scared to lose someone else he holds close now than he was before. People really go blind with rage when something gets in the way of a bromance, I swear.
AGREED. It's one of my favorite Japanese dramas, so I don't expect this remake can top it, but I'm interested…
I became a fan about four years ago from Juhan Shuttai actually (fitting haha) and have slowly checked out the ones that have interested me ^^ Unfortunately I'm pretty picky though and a master drama-dropper, but thanks for the suggestion!
I love Juhan Shuttai so much. It is one of those dramas that uplift & inspire me. I don't know if they can pull…
AGREED. It's one of my favorite Japanese dramas, so I don't expect this remake can top it, but I'm interested to see their take on it. Haru was perfect as Kokoro!!
same!! omg when the grandpa's friend committed suicide, i was ugly crying. really so sad to see the elderly abandoned and feeling like they're losing themselves.
That plant is buged. I dont understand how they didnt even think about itm
they're too smart to not have thought of that. i bet they know and will use it to their advantage somehow in the future. otherwise very weird choice by the writer.
get you a man that cries FOR you like hikaru cried for sora!! and boy you better stop lying about your imaginary…
you're right! i just went back to watch and she definitely looked disappointed to hear him talk about his "girlfriend." also how cute was his reaction when she called him hikaru? hehe
i read your other comment about the ep 9 preview and saw the clips of sora holding hikaru's arm in the snow, so let's hope that's enough to get them both being more candid!! :')
just watched ep 7 and now i'm back to checking for ep 8 subs every day!! AHHH
get you a man that cries FOR you like hikaru cried for sora!! and boy you better stop lying about your imaginary girlfriend "kokoro"... on another note, kenshi also has my heart going doki doki every time he gazes at her! ooof
Ahhh! It's been a while since a jdrama pairing has had me like this. Manifesting Hikaru x Sora, light x sky pairing endgame!! They just have crazy chemistry together, I couldn't contain the squeals during ep 6.
A lot of people are getting annoyed by soo Jin because she’s getting in the way of suho and joo gyung relationship…
Yesss! I hated Soojin in the webtoon because she really added nothing to the story, but the Soojin in the drama so far has been great. She's stuck up for Jugyeong so many times (against the creep on the bus, when she thought Seojun was bullying Jugyeong, and she beat up those guys at the karaoke place). She's also shared her secret with Jugyeong, one that she'd never shared before. I really hope they don't mess up her character by giving her some jealous, spiteful second female lead arc, but as of Ep 8, she's been great and can't be blamed for having a crush on her childhood friend.
I honestly think both guys deserve Jugyeong. Seojun is the type who wouldn't mind her bare face either. However,…
Agreed! I actually like both guys, though coming from the Webtoon, I think Seojun is generally a better written character, and I have certain gripes with Suho's character. The one thing that'll make me angry about the drama is that Seojun will likely not be given the chance to even date Jugyeong, unlike the Webtoon. It's true that adaptations don't need to stick to the original works, but I think it's such an important, growing experience for him, not to mention he actually gets to share a mutual love with the girl he likes for some amount of time. :( Let's hope to see In Yeop as the first male lead sometime soon!!
problem with jdramas: not enough episodes!!! haha
