I've already seen a few ai animation on the opera story lx wrote about the bird and the girl. Fans are begging the male director to have a cast banquet and cast variety show. 5 characters of ATC have made it to Vlinkage's fave character list, which is crazy since it's not common for side characters to make it on the list (Gantang and Yuchan). LX has been on the no1 spot on Vlinkage since day 2 of airing. Everyone is saying cdrama still has hope from the winter freeze bc of ATC. It's not common for new promo materials to be filmed while the drama is airing, it's usually pre-recorded during the filming or shortly after the filming, but almost never when the drama is airing. However, a few days ago, ATC casts gathered to film promo materials. Which shows how popular and favoured this drama is in China! I'm immensely proud.

I'm glad people are getting over him forcing this marriage on lx. I felt bad for the actor since viewers were starting to hate his character, but now they all love ljq.

I need to rewatch that scene again. Everything is so detailed and delicate, I have to do a one over. I did notice LX noticed the incense and in a way she believed her family accepted or welcomed them, so accepting LJQ as their SIL

Did anyone notice the burning incenses when ljq and lx bowed to the Shen burial? I think when the flames (whisps?) goes vertical it means the ancestors have received their wishes or offerings. Whenver my mom burns the incenses and it goes all the way up she always compliments that it's burning beautifully.

Also, it's so sweet that ljq rmb shenjialan's bday, very unexpected and even lx is surprised and shocked. However, if you look closely ljq got flustered and thought lx was mad he was rmbing another women's bday. We were all so focused and intuned with lx's pov we forgot about ljq's pov.

So yes, LJQ can become a Duke, but I feel like very unlikely, and very very hard to achieve. I typically find Dukes to be associated to crown prince's maternal side (uncle/grandfather). Or someone that have to gain a lot of merits througout his years.

I think it's a bit different in that people are born wealthy and in that lifestyle, it's ingrained in their blood. It's like old money vs new money. I wouldn't be able to get use to it either if I ever won billions. The wealthy have their own way of life that we can't imagine.

Guys, LXY and the actor playing 2nd ml are collaborating in a new drama. Their open ceremony already happened yesterday. It's not my cup of tea, it's very patriotic drama. In Chinese it's called China 1927, about the happenings of civil war. Definitely a very serious drama and I'm sure will appear on CCTV. Very happy for the two since these types of genres and scripts are very selective on choosing actors. Shengyue is also in it. SS will definitely visit the set when she is around the same city since all her friends and even the director she's collaborated recently is part of this new production.

I was curious what ljq was confessing during ep 37 to lx. I knew he was confessing his love but I didn't understand. I had to AI this but I thought to share his confession below:

It has a very cynical, poetic tone toward romantic love. The imagery suggests that love may look beautiful on the surface, but underneath it is fragile, temporary, and ultimately unable to survive.

There's so many phrases the characters say that are so profound but bc I'm not educated in the Chinese language/lliteracy I miss out on the beautiful art.

I feel like this year, nothing really compares. I'm just on Netflix until ATC airs tmr. There's always some oldies to catch up on.

Yes, I think many are haha. I'm seeing fanmade video of the two leads' past dramas combining to make a stroy line. It's very entertaining. Since there's no new ep, these fans/viewers are getting creative. There's one about lx as ljq's step sister, and he basically raised her so he's vert protective and borderline obssessed with her. He was going beserk that she wats to fly from the nest. Another is a director (both famillies are wealthy and seems to be rivals) forcing fl to marry him. It's so entertaining.
