And that's why it was for half a mil. Not because that's what it cost to settle her DUI, but because that's how much it cost HIM, total. He was gonna pay it until he found out she got with someone else. Then he retroactively billed her for it out of spite.

Let me teach you what REAL social justice is. In primate societies, when a male r*pes a female, the females all convene together, and then they rip that monkey limb from limb, en masse, with their bare hands.

Social justice means, that the primate group has an unspoken, ancient understanding of what is "right" and "wrong" that is shared.

My point, which you evaded entirely, is that the legal standard of innocence is appropriate only for the courtroom, not for real life. This is not a courtroom. We all know OJ killed Nicole. Presumption of innocence is for court. This isn't court. Let's just take cops for starters. What do you think would happen to your society if cops couldn't arrest anyone because of 'presumption of innocence'.

Cops don't operate on 'presumption of innocence', they operate on 'reasonable suspicion of guilt'. Why? Because real life isn't court.

it's quiet for a few reasons, one... both parties are presumably taking legal actions... and two, SKorea just had an impeachment that led to the ousting of their president, and there's a lot of political turmoil going on right now so attentions are focused elsewhere for the moment.

But Lee Jin Ho is - despite a court order barring him from doing so - still busy trying to paint KSR in an unfavorable light by calling her fidelity to KSH into question. Which is laughable, but since they have no defense they're scraping the bottom of the bucket throwing anything against the wall to see what sticks I guess.
