He orders the troops to remove their armour and their bare physiques could use a little working out. The prince gets a grip on the situation and get a head of himself.

Just started this and it's quite a different role for female lead that the character she played in Joy of Life. Interested to see how she'll measure up as a fierce fighter. After she and her foe get stitched up they have a pool party. She's lost her memory so he manages to make a fool out of her and after his troops arrive, the rabbit he was roasting seems to be going to waste. It looks juicy and delicious.

Just got to see the last episode with the proper subtitles.Shoa Hua was an admirable character full of determination and smarts. Found the ending rather underwhelming as far as the 'romance' was concerned. Shoa Hua looked decidedly matronly in the later episodes and Wen Zhi Qiu was so dapper that I just can't see them together. Er Nui's complicated arc in the drama was very satisfying and the actress did great job filling her pumps (shoes). Xiia Yuan and Zhou Yan were despicable villains, but every drama needs these for tension.

This drama was really to my taste. It had appetizing main leads and catered to my desire to gorge on a happy ending.

Only watched 6 episodes. It's a time period in dramas that doesn't usually attrack me but in this case I find the characters and the production totally engrossing. I've loved Rayzha Alimjan in all her dramas and here she's joined by exellent actors to tell her story.

I guess we'll have to wait a five days to find out who won the second round. I'd vote Peking duck having enjoyed it often. Love His Majesty's fantasies after he takes a bike of the food but wish he had longer eyelashes to bat at her with pleasure. Their dangerous adventure to get the pressure cooker was exciting but why doesn't he have a better intelligence service to find out who was determined to assassinate them?

Just finishe Shadow Love and found it much superior to Legent of the Female General.

Ep. 37. Choices! Both Shuang and Jin'an decide how they will leave this world and each other. Their reasoning is sound but sad. Regrets come too late. A stately funeral procession is interrupted by a lone figure whose wounded heart beats with fervour to reclaim what he has carelessly let go.

Ep. 36. Shuang got to visit the disgraced empress and took her down a few more pegs. She got to take home her father's ashes. Her seductive dance was a surprise given how frosty she has been acting with Prince Annan. She also refused the jade headpin that he offered to let her know he remembered. Sad!
