The panelists Chunye & Jerry lowkey piss me off. I've watched the past couple seasons and whenever Jerry is…
Jerry has not much experiences in romance. He has dating a few times ofc but not many. That's why he hasn't married yet till now. Even Rainie Yang and Ariel Lin that became panelists in past seasons have concern about Jerry because he's too shy. So ofc he'll be interested to know what girls like.
About Chunye, I don't really remember about what you said but since you said that she criticized Muchen then it should be true. I can understand about it though. Muchen was having his feet on two boats leading the two girls who were interested in him. Though he's actually like one girl more, he didn't make it clear to the other girl, and when he tried to make it clear to the other girl, he messed it by not making it clear to the girl that he liked and caused misunderstanding and even made that girl cried in sadness. If you watched the past couple seasons until now, you should know Chunye's personality now. She's a passionate lover type and always vocal about her view and opinion. So ofc she would criticize Muchen. No women will like what Muchen did. That's common sense. I'm not saying that what Muchen did was wrong though, according to the rule, he did nothing wrong. People just dislike what he did, the same like that guy from Korean My Sibling's Romance (he did nothing wrong according to the show's rule but many people disliked what he did). As long as she didn't insult Muchen and only criticized him, I think that's fine.
If you're used to the Korean panelists that only talked superficially, what Chunye did maybe seems too much. I once watched a Japanese dating show (I forget which) and the panelists were even outright outrageous. They ridiculed and laughed at the participant even leading to an insult. Since then I lost my interest in watching Japanese dating show. What Chunye did was nothing compared to those panelists.
I am not here to antagonize or debate you. I am just trying to give explanation or giving another POV. Either you like both of them or not, that's your right and you have your reasons also. I appreciate that you're now stepping up enjoying Chinese dating show also beside Korean dating show, and I hope that you'll keep enjoying itπ
Because each episode is very long that they have to cut it into some parts (in this season they cut it to 3 parts). But MDL here counts each part as episode hence 30 episodes (10 actual episodes x 3 parts).
Rumor is just rumor, not fact, that's it. Some people have weird hobby indulging in rumors and thinking the rumor as fact. Yes ofc some of the rumors can turn into fact at the end, but most of them not. So just enjoy the show. If you want to ship cp then ship if that makes you happy and enjoy the show. If turn out you ship wrong cp, it's also the dynamic of enjoying the show. No need to care about the rumors.
just got to the part where the 3 girls were all surrounding lechen in the kitchen, why did it make me cringe πI…
I am the opposite of you. I like it more when the girl can be brave and chase the one that they like clearly. It's better than just waiting passively for the guy to woo and chase them, trying to hinting here and there and then only causes misunderstanding and then feel upset. It's so frustrating to watch that. Look at Ke Ailin and Wang Jue for example.
Ke Ailin stated it clearly when she asked Wang Lechen to make fusion tea for her again, while Wang Jue saying things in roundabout ways and caused misunderstanding and lost her chance to walk the dogs with Wang Lechen. Wang Jue could just say "I want to walk the dogs. Can you accompany me?" Clear but not too aggressive and it won't cause misunderstanding. I can understand it if Wang Jue is an introvert. But no, she's an extrovert.
did they recently changed the format to be like single's inferno? where they cannot ask age and profession. i…
The rule is always like that. They can't ask about age and profession at the beginning. Usually only at the second night after in the house that they're allowed to ask about age and profession. So they will have time to interact with each other as "equal" and make impression without caring about those things that maybe can "shackle" or "boost" them and their chances.
Eps 20 and 21 were a major letdown....The storytelling felt disjointed with abrupt transitions and the editing…
Even 50 episodes won't be enough. The novel "A Record of a Mortal's Journey to Immortality" is very long. He's just still here in the lowest realm and only second level of cultivation (up to episode 20) and there were still higher realms where he ascended to. I guess there will be season 2 (and more because even 2 seasons won't be enough) if they decided to continue to the end and not stopping in the middle because of some reasons (like Sword Snow Stride that doesn't see season 2 even after years till now).
i love these two but there's a rumor π that ailin gonna end up alone and yuan and chen will have HE π
No need to care about rumor. Why do you have to make yourself suffer from anxiety just because of rumor? Rumor is just rumor, not fact, that's it. Ship if that makes you happy. Chat with others in comment section if you want interaction. Just enjoy the showπ₯
hmmm Jimin and jeyeon spotted just saw this in xhs https://www.xiaohongshu.com/explore/6860efe0000000002400c1b5?xsec_token=ABnd_5pJDYQ-CmEPFmdLb-scOziXFe07bCnTfvwV2ptFw=&xsec_source=pc_feed
Should show this to Douglas1963 and other Ji Min hatersππ€£
Thank you very much Luffy for this news/pic π₯°π€ Glad to see Ji Min and Je Yeon together ππ
For a show that pitches itself as a dating program filled with participants who want to date with potential marriage…
Not to mention that we can't confirm whether it's truly the pairs were really from first come first served, or they're chosen/arranged by the PD to make their drama. Choosing gifts or whatever can be easily seen and harder to be manipulated, but with texting and then only adding narration "hidden rule, first come first served" it can be so much easier to manipulate it. We don't know the real exact order, some of the participants' choices were not shown, etc. They only received text telling them to go here and wait, you go there and pick up. And voila, the PD can arrange what pairs they want to create their drama.
I am happy that you never like someone so much that doesn't like you back, and I hope you never will. It's really…
Brain and heart sometimes can't sync together if you like someone so much, just like what Je Yeon said in her interview about what she thought and felt about Ji Min's dinner/postcard date with Ha Neul. Ha Neul's brain knew clearly about Ji Min's hint but her heart couldn't help keep yearning for Ji Min.
Ha Neul didn't do anything to Ji Min to force him though. She had her right to be upset and she kept it bottled up inside her only. She's just quiet. She only talked about her feelings when she's asked by others such as Chang Hwan and Ji Min. She cried alone in her room. No one knew about that except us viewers from God's POV. Ji Min felt guilty only after Soo Ah and Chang Hwan talked to him and he realized that Ha Neul's situation was similar to him and made him understand what Ha Neul felt. I don't think Ha Neul must pretend that she's happy go around in the house just to make Ji Min not stressed, doesn't she? But it's really difficult to make someone understands if our real life love experience is different. Just from the argument "It's painful but ..." , it's the same like what bubblelou said. I don't hope much that you will understand because it's the kind of feelings that you have to experience yourself to really understand the pain and sadness and sympathize with her. I can only try to explain. Chang Hwan kind of could understand her as he noticed how Ha Neul changed from a happy and mood maker girl in the house to become a quiet and kind of depressed girl.
Ha Neul didn't do anything wrong so far and it's all in her right. I am not eloquent to explain about it. Maybe you can read another comment here that explained about Ha Neul and Ji Min. Yuelianghwa already explained and said it better than me.
I am happy that you never like someone so much that doesn't like you back, and I hope you never will. It's really…
It's never about age problem, it's about feelings. Whatever your age is, whether you're young or old, if you like someone so much but not being reciprocated, you won't be that easy to move on, especially if you meet them everyday. Since your argument is about age then I assume that you never have that experience so that you will never understand about it, and I sincerely hope that you will never will.
Yes Ji Min doesn't owe her anything and she also never forced him, she only felt unfair because he never give her a chance. Ji Min is also a grown up and that's why he could reflect on himself and understood what Ha Neul felt and so he felt guilty. About how and why, I already tried to explain. Maybe in his mind, instead of keep avoiding and avoiding her, he maybe better tries to keep explaining and persuading her. At least that's what I think. That's why he looked for Ha Neul and tried to have a conversation with her and tried to explain and persuade her again. This time she seemed finally be able to accept it more readily. So his effort didn't go waste entirely this time.
Anyway, if you don't agree with what I said then let's just agree to disagree.
Don't jump to conclusion or judge too early and then hate someone because of that. We know that the editing is…
But you said yourself previously that based on the preview of the next episode you feel like Ji Min will have a date with Ha Neul and that he chooses her because she made him feel guilty and it makes you sick. So you already jumped to conclusion and judged and hated her based on preview.
If you don't like her, it's your right and I can't force you. I only asked that you don't judge her too early. Just wait till the next episode airs and see if it's true that Ji Min really chooses Ha Neul for date and if it's true then whether it's really because he feels guilty or for another reason.
based on the preview of the next ep I feel like JM will have a date with HNbecause for others they showed who…
Don't jump to conclusion or judge too early and then hate someone because of that. We know that the editing is full of manipulation and the previews were always misleading. If you want to judge then do it after it's aired.
I also hope that there won't be anything happen that will ruin what Ji Min has with Je Yeon, but I won't judge Ha Neul just based on (almost certainly) misleading preview.
Haneul... get.a. grip !!!! why spending so much time on her unrequited love ??!! there's been tons of that in…
I am happy that you never like someone so much that doesn't like you back, and I hope you never will. It's really painful. If you really like someone so much, it's not so easy to move on. If it's outside there in society, maybe it'll be easier for Ha Neul, but she met Ji Min everyday in the house so she's stuck. Maybe if Ji Min didn't go on dates with other women except Je Yeon then it's more acceptable for her. But looking at how Ji Min went on dates with other women but kept avoiding her, it must be really painful and sad for her.
Ji Min felt guilty because of what Soo Ah and Chang Hwan said to him made him reflecting himself and he realized that Ha Neul's situation was actually like his and it was as if looking himself in her so he understood her. He still tried to explain and persuade Ha Neul kindly though and she already said that she would change starting from the next day. So let's just wait and see.
I think they should add another one month. I watched episode 13 and all I could say is that having them make a…
I don't think that adding another one month or more participants is a good idea. If this is Chinese Heart Signal then it maybe visible, but this is Korean Heart Signal (or as they try to rebranding as Heart Pairing) which is full of manipulation in editing. Making it longer or adding more participants will only make this show more convoluted. This is a show that is supposed to find a marriage partner potential but we're herded to the story that the PD manipulated as they wish instead. I even feel as if they're trying as hard as they can to block/separate Ji Min and Je Yeon looking at how hard for them to even have a date or time alone together.
And poor Ha Neul. If only there was no Je Yeon, or if Ji Min was not devoted to Je Yeon wholeheartedly, I will support Ha Neul to be with Ji Min. From how she tried to attract Ji Min's attention immediately from day 1 and how she flirted openly with Ji Min in their last date in Italy, I already like her. She's devoted and open with her feelings and Ji Min won't have to do a mind reading game with her and so there won't be many misunderstandings between them because Ha Neul will make it clear for him immediately. But just as how she liked Ji Min so much, Ji Min also liked Je Yeon so much and as devoted as her. It's sad to see her like that but yeah as you said Ha Neul is basically stuck. I really hope that she can find another Ji Min out there in the society and has her happiness.
I didn't like how Ha Neul rushed to Ji Min's bedroom and stopped to tell Jae Yeon that she was going to invite…
Maybe Ha Neul just wanted a fair competition and had her chance. Je Yeon was her bestfriend in the house and knowing about Je Yeon and Ji Min it's better to tell Je Yeon herself that she's interested in Ji Min rather than putting her in the dark. She also told Je Yeon indirectly that it's her that initiated it and not Ji Min so Je Yeon wouldn't misunderstand Ji Min. That's if you see it positively. But if you see it negatively, I can understand your point of view. And wasn't it what Sang Yun did also? He knew Je Yeon and Ji Min had strong feelings for each other or at least there was something between them, but still kept barging in between them, unlike Soo Ah that decided to give up on Ji Min instead (so far). Sang Yun even looked more scheming towards Ji Min compared to Ha Neul towards Je Yeon.
About the preview, please don't judge her yet just based on some view cut/incomplete clips, we don't know the situation clearly yet, especially after we know now already that the PD can edit it evilly/maliciously just to add tension to grab/attract viewers attention. Korean dating shows are always needing antagonist I don't know why. Judge her after we see the episode 13 later, no need to rush π
HN could have had something like JM JW, they have an amazing friendship, helping and pushing the other towards…
But Ha Neul didn't want to be like Ji Min and Ji Won. She's interested in Ji Min romantically but Ji Min built a wall between them. She's desperate, she wanted Ji Min to give her a chance at least in that Signal House but Ji Min didn't want to give her that chance (and I personally think that Ji Min indeed should not give her a chance or it could cause misunderstanding to Je Yeon and giving false hope to Ha Neul). Everyone had love contract with the one that they're interested in romantically, except Ha Neul (I don't think Chan Hyeong was her love interest, he's just an option to explore because she couldn't approach Ji Min). In the second love contract, she's paired with Woo Jae because Woo Jae and Ji Won couldn't be a pair anymore, or else she would have a chance with Ji Min. It's a really sad situation for her and I can understand her feelings and frustration. From her POV, it must be really unfair for her.
The PD spent 5 years trying to cast Je Yeon but doing dirty to her in the editing causing her to be cursed at…
It's a normative answer. Whether it's her true feelings or it's just politeness, we still don't know yet. Even if she likes Ji Min, she couldn't just say "No, there was none of that moment" to Sang Yun because she's in a dating show. I think no one in the dating show is allowed to say "No" blatantly, or else Ji Min would say that to Ha Neul since long time ago or rejected her dinner date invitation. Je Yeon was just being tactful, remember her profession is a lawyer.
So Jeyeon does actually like Jimin. And I mean a lot. It was the producers' editing that made her look undecided.…
The PD spent 5 years trying to cast Je Yeon but doing dirty to her in the editing causing her to be cursed at by many people. I really see their determination in destroying the girl now, who in the right mind spending so much time on someone only to do dirty on her? Really ...
