IQIYI gave that everyday ep release schedule to Flight To You. How I wish they did it for this, but they’re probably banking on its popularity to milk more subscribers on their app. The 4 days wait in between just when the drama starts hitting its stride is going to be torture.

I’m glad you gave it a chance. I think it’s one of the better youth dramas among so many of this genre.

So far, as of episode 5, SFL only served her purpose in that one episode. I’m actually not sure she could be consider a SFL. I feel like the chasing and cringe ended with episode 2

Not sure if the drama confirmed this during ep 1 or 2 and I missed it, but I do think it may be the little brother who is the actual receiver. They had a little basketball tournament where ML participated. FML was concerned if he should be playing and he seemed confused by it. I’m on episode 5 now and FML definitely only considers ML as a friend at this point, mainly because she thinks he has her brother’s heart. He’s already showing signs of having a crush on her. Meanwhile, she’s cluelessly trying to pair him up with another girl lol.

I'm onto episode 4 and now it seems to be leading to a she may have mistaken him as the heart receiver scenario. So if anyone's worrying about the weirdness of her falling for someone with her brother's heart later on, they might not have to worry about it on that front.

You find out going into episode 2 and 3 that it's most likely he was the receiver of her older brother's heart, who died in a car accident. So essentially, that scene from episode 1 was her hugging her brother's heart. You also find out their families are distant relatives and male lead's mom was the one who suggested that female lead transferred to his school, and her parents agreed because it's a good academic opportunity. She didn't change school herself to go chasing after him out of romantic interest as episode 1 might suggest.

To be fair, she's not chasing him out of romantic interest though. There's a non-romantic reasoning for it. Kind of sad, actually.

I think it was supposed to show that they're so close, they can read each other's thoughts. I've seen other dramas do this, but the funny thing here is each was not thinking what the other thought at all lol.

The writer intended to increase tension so when she meets him as the president in the hospital it will have more impact, but it was executed poorly. It just gave her a really terrible first impression to the viewer, especially when ML was acting like a normal decent human being to her. At least she toned down her irrational attitude by the end of ep. 2 and we're at the hospital by ep. 3 where she gets served her humble pie.

I took a break from it after episode 15. Looks like I don't need to come back to it now lol
