Maybe it's just me, but I for one love a slow burning romance. The "chasing/ambiguous period" is the best part because you get all these anticipating feelings of will they or won't they. The longer it burns, the more rewarding it'll be once they get together. We're only at episode 8 of 36 eps. It's going to be a while until they do if we continue on the same trajectory as the novel. Also, I don't know why but I tend to get bored once a couple is together if there's too many episodes left. Especially when there's no compelling conflicts outside their romance.

Honestly, same thing was happening to me a few times. I didn’t even realized my eyes kept drifting upwards to his face/outfits until the scene changed and noticed I completely missed what was just said and had to rewind 🤦🏻‍♀️

Same here. I was like seriously?? Are you people my elderly parents who keep their phone volume raised at 100% 😂 I like that they softened him up sooner and made him more human in the drama. He was super stone faced and cold to her for almost half the novel so the secondhand embarrassment was real when she kept hitting on him and he had no reaction.

omg the way he pocketed that tiny thing out of sight so she wouldn't remember to ask for it back when she was back in his house 😭

I love these moments because you know later the guys get their karma when they really fall the girl and turn into a simp for her 😂

Haha imagine walking down the streets and seeing this girl just kicking and cursing at a poor tree 😂

She said she's never been able to find a clear picture of him to know what he really looks like. His face was always half hidden or blurry. On her PC was only that picture of SY almost fully covered by the car window wasn't it? I don't think there were any others.

With how closely they've been following the novel so far I have a good feeling it will stay lighthearted and sweet all the way until the end.

I saw it on one of the drama fan pages I follow on FB. It's not subbed though.

The trailers for Ep 7-8 has me dying 😂

I agree. It’s staying pretty close to the novel so far but done in a less cringy way than the novel.

No that’s a misunderstanding created by the story in order for FL to entangle with ML. The uncle of the girl FL’s bf cheated with is actually the driver of ML, but FL misunderstood that it was ML. The girl also made the bf believe ML was her uncle to make him think she was a rich heiress.

There’s also a few scenes where we have falling snow. So I think it makes sense if they are pushing this to the winter season.

If they follow the novel then there shouldn’t be any of that.

I’m about a third of the way through the novel. Based on the previews of the first 6 eps it looks like they’re following the story so far. The first life was very quickly played out in the novel, almost like a prologue, then it starts with the rebirth life right away and events in the first life was mentioned as flashbacks.

From the trailer and the Chinese title, it seems they’re going to make one of the lives a dream. I believe it’s the first and I’m hoping it’s the first. Sort of like she had a dream premonition and decided to change course of action. Otherwise, we’ll have another ending like Scent of Time…

Rising With the Wind is really good! Quality-wise and story-wise! With so many anticipated dramas premiering at the same time, you can just space them out and alternate watch to fill the gaps lol. And it's more fun to join in the discussions as dramas are airing hehe
