I’m about a third of the way through the novel. Based on the previews of the first 6 eps it looks like they’re following the story so far. The first life was very quickly played out in the novel, almost like a prologue, then it starts with the rebirth life right away and events in the first life was mentioned as flashbacks.

From the trailer and the Chinese title, it seems they’re going to make one of the lives a dream. I believe it’s the first and I’m hoping it’s the first. Sort of like she had a dream premonition and decided to change course of action. Otherwise, we’ll have another ending like Scent of Time…

Rising With the Wind is really good! Quality-wise and story-wise! With so many anticipated dramas premiering at the same time, you can just space them out and alternate watch to fill the gaps lol. And it's more fun to join in the discussions as dramas are airing hehe

Kind of random but I love the color grading iQIYI uses on a majority of their dramas including this one. It’s just so much more pleasing to the eyes.

I think the drama mislead you to think it was Xu Si, but it might be Gao Yi since he seems to be on some kind of revenge agenda.

Yeah I hope that one will be good. Lin Yi’s Derailment looks good and Rising With the Wind, with this same lead actress, looks like it could be good too.

Either way, I doubt I will stick around to find out what’s really going on. I’m just floating around until the new batch of drama comes out next week. There’s nothing else decent to watch right now 😭

I thought she was too sickly to do anything so my main concern was about being scorched to death every time it’s high noon with that sun beaming down on them through glass. The idea of the house is nice and all but it’s so impractical.

That preview really threw up a red flag for me that this could get annoying to watch down the line with drama nonsense. Let’s hope not.

Did you see that scene in the closing credits? I’m one hundred percent sure it’s the same actress minus the fake bangs. And the fact that she’s seeing the leads being affectionate means this is a future scene. It’s a Cdrama, not unusual for them to throw in twists that don’t make sense 😄 Will just have to wait and see what that plot twist is. Like I said earlier, could also be a twin 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yeah looks like they’re going to throw in this twist later once the leads get together. Unless she got a twin or something 😂
